The hotel was excellent, clean, good food and friendly. Dog treats left for our dog was a lovely surprise and a lovely gesture. Would hope to return in the future.

We had a great holiday the weather was fantastic the food was very good plenty to choose from on the menu. All the staff were pleasant and helpful at the hotel. The room was a little tired but with a great sea view.

We couldn’t fault this hotel, room was clean, beds comfortable, showers perfect. We were also impressed with the breakfasts and evening meals, a good choice and all very tasty.

Why does the Hotel charge you for parking your car in their car park.It should be a part of your deal we are your customers not people using the facilities for free to go to the beach or shopping in town.You know who your guests cars are stop charging them. (disgusting)

Very friendly and welcoming, food excellent but disappointed no after dinner tea or coffee. And disappointed that dogs are allowed in the dining room and bedrooms. Not all dog owners respect other customers likes. But still looking forward to coming back!

A warm welcome from the lady at the reception desk, a clean and well appointed room and the food was of a very high standard. All staff were friendly and professional, I would be happy to stay at The Imperial again. K W Room 25

The situation is perfect, the food is just so so, being PUT right next to other tables was too close and intrusive for people wanting to talk privately. Being so rigid with your evening meal times of 6.30p.m was impossible to be served, eat and get to the theatre and be seated by 7.30p.m. I have to thank Helen who listened to my plea of what can this hotel do to help me? Who kindly liaised with the kitchen for a very nice salad meal to be ready for 6.00 p.m and then she delivered it to my room, I have to say this was superior to the other evenings meals.
Comfortable room, lovely friendly atmosphere, good choice of meals, would certainly recommend. Very enjoyable holiday.
