I don’t understand the reviews and it’s ashame as the company is great, I been dealing with this company just over two months and have ordered loads of different garments, I can honestly say the clothers are 100% beautiful,great quality wonderful Designs and the fabric is fantastic as well as fast service.
Regards to the customer service is great, so helpful and always gets back to you regarding your order or any inquiries you may have.

Avoid at ALL costs ! Poor quality and material !poor customer service ! I ordered a made to measure dress and she sent a dress with no alterations on ! Then tried to blame her Assistant ! Then tired to say it’s because I didn’t pay an extra £5’ when I had been messaging her and asked if the was any Extra charges ?! Was extremely rude and had very little customer service ! She is happy taking your money ! You only have to read the other reviews to know to avoid buying anything from Shebysophie !

Poor customer Service, No Refund!
Would not recommend ordering from this company, I cancelled my order due to shipment taking too long to dispatch and am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed on 3 occasions twice with no response and on one occasion being advised I was rude.
Awful customer service, This was meant to be a birthday treat for my 30th from my partner, feeling So disheartened by the whole experience.

AVOID!
They feel entitled to take your payments but then ignore you when theres a problem to solve. They refuse the refunds your entitled to by UK consumer right laws & then their "credits" go into the big black hole not to be honoured. When you try contact them to claim your credit, they are uncontactable. Theres no contact number, they don't reply to emails or FB messages & they send items without a return address so you can't return when theres a problem.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
The owner of Shebysophie is more eager to keep profits at the expense of her customers. Firstly, after waiting four weeks for an order that did not arrive, I then reminded the owner that this item is late. She then sends a completely different dress which is likely to be a prototype due to the poor unwearable quality. Other items in the order were very poor quality. She then proceeds to say that I can return this item and will be reimbursed the cost of postage. After returning the item as requested, she then refuses to cover the cost of postage for a mistake that she made. Might I add, I received no compensation for the inconvenience, not even an apology! I did not even receive a refund in full.
