took along time to deliver, then had to wait another week for installation.

Ordered this shed and was sent a text to say it would be coming on the Thursday. Booked a guy to install it and then came another text to say Friday. Cancelled the guy and asked to come Friday. Friday came and the shed eventually turned up at 4.15. The company are impossible to get hold off on the phone although when I threatened bad feedback I did get a phone call. The shed is up and panels are better quality than we thought.

The whole process was really easy, buying, ordering and delivery- fantastic service and great product- thanks!

Went well, except eco base delivery had to be chased and the driver didn't phone till he arrived, not in advance as agreed.

We bought a shed on the website last minute. It was delivered within 2 days. The delivery slot was given with a caveat that they could not guarantee the slot and it may be late. It was late but the driver did call about half an hour before . The motto is be prepared to wait in. The shed is very good for the price and we are very pleased with it. Everything we ordered was with it....no missing bits. We would order from this company again.

The shed is just what I needed also reasonable priced.However during a phone call inquiry I pointed out the fact I lived in a Bungalow with open public access to the front but a path to the side leading to back garden.Because of my disability I requested it to be put in back.The delivery guy huffed and puffed at this request that I considered returning the shed. I saved myself his tip.

Not got it yet! So why ask me what I thought, electronic surveys managed by plonkas!

A lot of wood panels are warped and the roof felt has not been done properly. A lot of wrinkles on the felt. Not stretched taut!!!!

Chose this supplier as delivery date could be arranged at time of purchase. However waited in all day on arranged day, and shed didnt arrive. Delivered the following day when I was not in.
