After waiting for a month for the music…
After waiting for a month for the music to arrive I received the rating request and raised a query to advise that the music hadn't been received. My query was responded to promptly by Amy who explained possible reasons for the delay, and the next day the music arrived!

No ability to review music
There were some minor problems with the sheet music I bought that I'd want to alert other users to by writing a review. However, reviews are not currently supported on Sheet Music Plus, even though there is some non-functional UI that misleads you into thinking that leaving a review is possible. I found this experience annoying, and it makes me less likely to want to use this site.

I was happy to get the music we ordered but the wait time was very long and there were no updates to let us know if there was a problem. We ordered music for my son’s UIL competition and it got to us right under the wire.
