I ordered sheet music of "Till vve meet again" featuring Miss Kitty Storrovv (double u not vvorking) solely for the picture as she vvas my husband's grandmother. Had to have it delivered to my daughter in England and then posted to Nevv Zealand vvhere I live at a postage cost of £ 17.00 (add the sheetmusic at £9.00 + £5.50 postage). The sheetmusic that I received vvas for the correct song but sung by Miss Lottie Collins. The enclosed invoice confirmed my order for Miss Kitty Storrovv. I sent an email to The Sheetmusic VVarehouse but it vvas returned to me as "undeliverable" - the "reply" function on the email confirmation the company had sent to me obviously did not vvork. On their invoice I found another email address. Sent email to that address on 5/5/26, it vvas not returned as "undeliverable" but I have not received a response, nothing . Very disappointing as I have spent £31.50 for something I have no use for and unable to give my husband a surprise of a picture of his grandmother in her performing days.

The quality of the sheet music I bought here is excellent, and it arrived in a reasonable time without any hassle. The owner also followed up with an email when my order was dispatched, which was a nice touch.

I've been in contact with Alan Wills of the Sheet Music Warehouse on a couple of occasions. In the past Alan has been extremely helpful (sending me example images of the sheet music etc). I decided I needed a replacement studies book (Ebor Series) so I order Book 2. This publication is in fabulous condition for the publication year! I've had nothing but a positive experience and I would definitely recommend this company. I certainly will be using them again!

I ordered music in October and received two emails from the company saying that my order had been processed and shipped. It is now January and I have not received the music I ordered. I have used their contact form on the website three times and have not gotten a response. I emailed them four times with the emails on their website and still no response. I used their enquiry form once and have not received a response. I still do not have the music I ordered three months ago. This was my experience with this company.

You order a supposed nice copy and get an ugly one. The seller never recognizes it and keeps your money, arguing as stupidly as possible.

It you wish to receive an ugly pile of paper, as dusty and greasy as you can imagine, whereas it was described as "good copy", do not hesitate, you won't be disappointed! And then, if you complain, you will get astonishing explanations like "it's good enough to play" and eventually delirious political remarks! At first, it's so funny that you are laughing at such folly but at the end of the day, the guy keeps your money and you have to buy again from another seller...

I bought some sheet music from this Company incorrectly advertised as in very good condition. I had cause to return those sheets which were signed for by a 'Blake'. I then had a rude email from a Mr Alan Wills who I believe to be the owner. I replied to that email but received no response. Basically the Company still owe me around £35 for the return of the music. This is a very unprofessional Company and I recommend that nobody deals with them. Never again!!

I ordered three out of print and hard to find items in two separate orders. The items were shipped together and packaged well for international delivery. They arrived very quickly in good condition. I exchanged several emails with the company. Their responses were pleasant and they kindly refunded me one of my shipping charges even though I had placed two separate orders. I highly recommend this company for their great selection of sheet music, reasonable pricing and prompt delivery of orders.
