Excellent as always!

Sheinmans staff are wonderful and helpful. Alex was fantastic in helping me and was honest and informative about the products on offer. Prices ranges on offer are great. Quality products and quality staff as always. Thank you 🤩

Best opticians in Northampton

I have used Sheinman’s for a number of years now. The experience is excellent from booking your appointment to the fitting and collecting of your glasses. You’re listened to with no pressure placed upon you. The team are courteous and make sure you are looked after.

If possible we always have your lovely…

If possible we always have your lovely young man serve us. His knowledge is excellent and he always comes up with best solutions regarding new and existing specs. He manages to take our increasing age into account without sending us off with a boring, every day pair. Hope he doesn't leave!

Excellent service from all staff.

Good service from everyone from reception, eye test and spectacle dispenser. Also, the offer of coffee is really nice. There is no pressure when choosing frames and you can try on as many as you like. The dispenser gives essential advice regarding the fitting and explains the different costings. Overall, all staff go out of their way to make you feel valued which is why I keep going there for my eye tests. Well done!

Excellent service

The staff and service received in Sheimans is always first class. The ophthalmic optician and staff go to great lengths to explain your eyes, glasses, changes occurring etc so you are fully informed. Always an excellent service.

My family and I have been visiting Sheinman Opticians for many years. My centre is stylish and user friendly. My optician is absolutely excellent, easy going, friendly and always on time. The customer service from reception to the fittings se4vic3 of the astonishing range of frames is second to none. I can find no fault.
