This is a import,marketing and distribution company established in 1935 representing prestigious brands such a Victorinox, Wenger Luggage and Scanpan. Last week I decided to replace the damaged wheels on my Wenger softside suitcase (it was my 3rd purchase of Wenger over several decades). Although well in excess of 5 years old (possibly 10 years old), it was in otherwise perfect condition. Pia at Sheldon & Hammond promptly arranged the dispatch of 4 new wheels at no cost which arrived the very next day...incredible! This old fashioned "stand by your product' approach is rare these days and while you may pay a little more for a premium brand of luggage, this just highlights how worthwhile it is. Several of my well travelled friends have been told of this experience. You could say I am an even more 'rusted on' Wenger customer than ever before.
