Shencoh deserves high praise. They were extremely professional and accurate about all the details of our claim. Ours was an extended process, but they persevered to ensure that we received our full claim amount. I am very impressed and will definitely be using them again.

Without their endless patience we wouldn't have got the tax repayment that we we did. Incredible experience throught the whole process, by far the best service I've come across in the last few years. They are totally hands on in terms of finding R&D and they provided me with a case manager, cost analyst and research analyst with a few added extras and altogether this process took less than 2hours of my time. We had calls regarding R&D claims previously but we didn't feel confident about proceeding as we wondered if it would be a waste of our valueable time. Shencoh made us feel more confident so we went ahead. It was nowhere near as arduous as we imagined as all the hard work was done by them. All in all I don't think I devoted more than 6 hours total from start to finish. Our claim was successful and our tax claim relief arrived in our bank within a couple of weeks! I would highly recommend Shencoh.

As a software company, we frequently get calls regarding claiming R&D tax credits and we finally decided to bite the bullet and attempt to claim this, choosing Shencoh to process the claim on our behalf.

Contacted via a cold call we were a little sceptical of Shencoh and our ability to make a claim based on the lack of R&D information we had recorded. However the staff at Shencoh guided our business through the entire process and with a little effort from ourselves were able to successfully claim the amount we were entitled to (which wasn't an insignificant amount).

Their fees are comparable to other firms offering the same service and based on our experience we would have no hesitation in using Shencoh again, or indeed recommending their service to others.

We've been very pleased with the service from Shenco on our recent claim. Very prompt in answering questions (of which we had a lot having never done this type of thing before) and super-helpful in explaining the process step-by-step. Once the information was sent from our side things happened very quickly and the money was in our bank before we knew it.
