Sherwood Phoenix Pianos have been absolutely amazing! If I could give them more stars I would.
I went in to buy a piano as a complete beginner. They showed me a range of pianos in my budget and went through all my options, they gave me time and space to try any piano out and helped me find the perfect one.
They also arranged delivery, who were friendly, polite, tidy and informative.

I recently bought a Yamaha U1 from Sherwood Phoenix and I am very pleased with the experience. The staff are extremely friendly and are happy to help with all queries you have. Their communication has been great. Overall, a great place to buy from and I would recommend!

I recently bought a wonderful Steinway Model D concert grand from Sherwood Phoenix and am delighted with the instrument. The staff were courteous. knowledgeable and helpful, and I had two visits to play the instrument for as long as I needed, without pressure. (several hours each time) I was given a very good part exchange on my old Steinway and the piano was delivered having been carefully serviced and with a free piano stool thrown in. All in all it was an excellent experience. It is the second piano I have bought from Sherwood Phoenix, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, with their amazing premises and wide range of instruments on sale.

I came in to purchase a guitar, after first looking it up on their website. The showroom is local to me I usually buy online, but I'm really glad I didn't this time around. Staff are super friendly, the showroom itself has a massive selection of pianos and other instruments, they are absolute experts in what they do, I definitely won't forget the great customer service they provide. What should've been an in-and-out purchase turned into an experience. Definitely recommend, it's a very special place and you can feel it, full of positive energy, expert knowledge and in general great vibes. I'll definitely be back it's been a pleasure!

Such a brilliant experience exploring this vast showroom of pianos! Customer service is amazing with staff expert in their knowledge of pianos. I felt confident in making my purchase and found after sales has been tremendous. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Absolutely excellent service from John in Sales. He listened to my every question and request. John had youtube videos of three pianos I was interested in the very next day. The piano I chose, a refurbished Yamaha U1 is simply wonderful. Beautiful to look at, more importantly excellent tone and wonderful to play. Truly a professional level piano with five years parts and labour warranty. I could not be happier. Thanks to John and Sherwood Phoenix.
