POOR SERVICE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

After seeing prominent Shia scholars sharing the posts about Shia Books, I decided to order the Smart Interactive Prayer Mat. The order was made on the 21st of January 2025 as an Eid present for my daughter. The expected delivery was between 13th Feb - 11th Mar. After receiving this initial confirmation email, I had not heard anything for several weeks and towards the end of Feb, I sent them a message on Instagram to which they responded and said the mats have been delayed and are expected to be delivered by early to mid April. They said they had sent me an email which had not been sent. I provided them with my email and they said they would check with their IT team to see why emails are not coming through. Nothing in my spam or junk folder either. I heard nothing and chased again on the 18th of April. They ignored my messages so I had to chase again on the 10th of May. They responded and said they would check and see what the status of my order is. I heard nothing back to I had to chase again on the 15th of May. They responded and said due to some customs issue they had not received all of the products. They offered a refund of the full amount but I continued to wait since my daughter really wanted this prayer mat. I humbly said to them, given that they are having these issues it is not fair for them to continue to promote this product on their socials and continue to take more orders whilst failing to fulfil existing orders. On the first of June they responded after I chased again and said my order was in London and would be with me soon. I asked for tracking and they did not provide me with a tracking number. After chasing AGAIN on numerous occasions, they responded to me on the 14th of July apologising for the mix up and said due to supplier issues they were not sure what was happening and when my order would be fulfilled. I finally received the product on the 18th of July. However, to our extreme disappointment the product was faulty. I explained this in a message to them and they offered to send me a replacement. Since then I have continued to chase them and I last received a message from them on the 25th of Aug to say the product had been sent to me and that they would send me tracking info soon. It is 22nd of Sep today and they have not responded to my latest messages. I have no other option now apart from leaving this review so that others would be aware of the issues that I have had. So much dishonesty in the name of a religious offering. This is poor customer service on all accounts but especially considering the context of being a Shia. I put off writing this review for months to give them plenty of opportunities to sort things out but I have finally given up.
