Nicola and I are incredibly grateful to all the support and advice received from Alex and the other coaches.

They have helped us set up Writing Dr, from the initial scoping session of our business idea, they have then helped us with setting it all up, pricing, marketing, sales, accountability sessions, and so much postivity and ongoing support.

The course has lots of online materials which we have watched and read as we have gone along and are always there, so useful for dipping back into for reminders and guidance.

We attend the coaching sessions weekly, which have really helped us with specific aspects of setting up the business, and support with sales calls and conversions.

Although relatively new into our journey, almost one year old, we have already published our book, our clients books and have landed 5-figure clients.

The support from Alex and the team really accelerates the process, and their guidance has helped us avoid the costly mistakes that many other start ups make!

Shifts to Success should be called "broken to life-changing!" My life has changed beyond comprehension. I was the last person to ever think about running my own business - until I met Alex!!! I have now taken a hobby and turned it into an income. Shifts To Success is an excellent company to work with if you are either in the Police or have left, want to start your own business or scale your existing business.

What if you don't have a business idea yet? That's ok. They will help you find one that really suits your personality and desire.

When I joined I had left the job and had my own business, but Shifts to Success really helped me be better at what I was doing, and my income went up too.

I have been with them for two years now and I have never regretted it once.

The online course is excellent and the private Facebook group is really supportive too, as well as being informative with regular updates, business methods that work, FB lives and advice.

You do have to do the work at your end though.

They show you the steps but it is you that has to decide to walk it.

What they will do is support you 100% though. If you are off track, you will be helped to steer back on the correct course.

I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

You get out what you put in and I will list what we got out below. We joined in March 2019 with an existing business and myself still in the police -

- Came out of covid with a 19% price increase
- Had the confidence to make 2 members of staff redundant making us more profitable.
- Set up a second company for myself
- RESIGNED FROM THE POLICE MARCH 2020
- Added an extra £100,000 to our turnover of our existing business by 2022
- Passed £85,000 turn over for my business in 2022.

So for the small sum of money invested we have turned over almost £200,000 in our businesses. Hows that for return on investment.

BUT it's not just about the money. I left the Police and turned my negative mindset round into a can do mindset.

I have made life long friends and have met lots of other S2S members who have helped me accelerate my business.

This doesn't happen passively. If you don't do the work you wont get the results. The good thing about the S2S platform is there are lots of different ways to learn. Video lessons, masterclasses, accountability calls.

I have been a member of S2S for little over a year and in that time I have gone from a broken cop to a business owner, free from the police work that was damaging me so much.
It is true that you have to put the work in and that it is hard and that you will at times feel lost but the community is full of support if you seek it - however you do need to let people know.
If you’re ready to grow, ready to change and in yourself ready and committed to make a difference to your life that give it a look.
For what it’s worth, after investing in myself, I’ve since earned that back and am on track to well exceed my police wages by end of year two.

I was sceptical to start with, but STS really has changed my life! I’ve felt safe, listened to, supported, empowered and my personal development /self confidence has been pushed to a new level.

Being mentored is certainly the way forward!!

Initially this appeared to be focused to help cops that are struggling with the negatives of the job. As I was desperately unhappy and I would said vulnerable in terms of thought process I signed up. £600 ‘ one off charge ‘ is what I paid. No more mention of the 300 fee plus vat per month when the 3 months ran out. I aired my thoughts and opinions and was told that shifts to success wasn’t for me. I also
Explained my struggles and was offered zero help. The only focus was to get me to sign up. I was very quickly deleted off the owners social medias platform and subsequently removed from the program. Money making, hard selling, focusing on people that are vulnerable. I would like to really warn other of these hidden charges. Some of it was useful but mostly I am
Displeased with the tactics used clearly thinking only of his profits as oppose to peoples lives.

I can see the owner has now stated this is a false review and I can assure you it is not. I have verified this via trust pilot. But again proves my points on his tactics.
