I have used Shima uma several times for replacement ink cartridges as I know I will get HP Cartridges at least a third cheaper than I can buy in the shop and very quick delivery. I don't use anyone else

Would highly recommend Shima Uma. Have bought from them several times, as their ink cartridge prices are much lower than the high street and they stock the more economical HP XL cartiridges. Most recent delivery arrived in 2 days, even though I had selected standard delivery. Will definitely order from them again.

strange name but simple service
I always buy from Shima Uma, prices are always good, got order next day. Had an issue with a dud cartridge last time I ordered and it was replaced without hassle the next day. Would recommend to anyone as they deserve to succeed.

Lack of information. Do HP know what they are doing?
I ordered two packs of four inks, 364XL. A yellow arrived alone with no explanation of where the remainder of the order was. A few days later the full order arrived. No explanation of the separation or delay. I had contacted HP between times; the reply was they had ckecked that my order was being dispatched.

Very good service. Address not complete-top line missed out which should resd ' 4 water cottages' this meant that the delivery service could not deliver to the right address.
A good product well wrapped and efficiently handled. Only fault was In the incomplete address which led to delivery confusions. Please can it be updated to include the top line which reads ' 4 water cottages'
