I have used Aramex's shop and ship service a few times without incident but the last experience was appalling. I bought a toy in the USA which was packed, shipped and delivered to shop and ships depot within 48hrs. There the package stayed for 3 days, it only shipped after I emailed and called shop and ships local office. No further updates were provided except for a shipping bill which I paid. It's now 11 days later. I've had to make more calls and email for updates and the best they can advise is 'i may have it on 25 December'. The apology is that it's a very busy time ' there is a surprise'! Other shipping companies recognise this annual surprise, it happens every year at the same time. The next excuse was it was the airlines fault. There are 5000 airlines in the world and about 60 flights to the UAE each day. If you want a company that takes responsibility for its service, acts professionally and compensates a customer when they fail to provide a service then don't use shop and ship.
