First time user. Highly impressed!

Never used this company before, but decided to give it a go when I wanted to order the new iPhone 17. The customer service was great. Apple cancelled my order the first time due to them recognizing the freight forwarding address. I reached out to both Apple and ShipitAPO and was able to place my order again with no issues. ShipitAPO got back to me same day when I emailed them about my canceled order.

ShipitAPO got it within two days, processed it within about a day or two, and I received my new phone with no issues. I appreciated that they overpacked (which is automatic with high value items) The entire process was extremely easy for a first time user and I honestly have no complaints!

Excellent experience

Excellent experience! I use them to ship expensive mechanical tools, merchants that refused to ship DPO, well understand as the tracking takes long and items sometimes not reaching destinations. As soon as Shipitapo received the items, it took between 1-3 days for it to be on the road again. Well worth it! Also, it's not that expensive. Support is also fast and good. I had a great experience.

Overpriced and no service if something goes wrong

I bought a couple of o-rings for dive gear that I have no idea why it was restricted from shipping directly to an APO but it was. I had the package, which was probably the size of a letter or padded mailer, shipped to their delaware facility so they could forward it to me. The package from the vendor made it, but there's where the problems started.

ShipitAPO shipped it to me, at the cost of like $20 for something only worth $40. However, the package never made it. The shipment was sent out May 2 and the status has been "Shipment Received, Package acceptance pending".

When I emailed a month later and asked what the status was, the customer service guy just started spewing a lot of garbage like "covid delays", "we did our job, not our problem", and "the USPS scans ever other package and it'll probably show up". It's now been almost 2 months and I haven't received the package and the status hasn't been updated.

DO NOT RECOMMEND...AT ALL. If your package gets lost they will literally do nothing to help you, even though they're the originating mailer. Not to mention, I PAID $20 TO GET $40 IN ITEMS LOST. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

waste of time and money

Bestbuy does not ship directly to overseas Apo address. So I wanted to forward an open-box excellent condition MacBook to my apo address. I asked Shipitapo if they could ship the macbook computer to my APO. They said they could send it. Then I forward the item to Shipitapo. They told me to upload the invoice for the product. After uploading the invoice, they said that they could not send used computers to the APO address. Then they charged me exactly $23.95 to return the item. If they had asked me for the invoice immediately, I could have canceled it free of charge before they received the product. Even though I received a free return label from Bestbuy, they charged me exactly $23.95. You have no choice but to pay because it must be returned within 14 days. They charged me $23.95 without doing anything. They also only work 3 days a week. Just a waste of time and money.

Fast, simple, reliable

Been using this service for several years now to purchase things via stores that don’t ship directly to PO boxes and have them forwarded to my military PO Box addresses overseas. I’ve had zero issues with ShipItAPO. Really quick turnaround times from receipt of packages at their warehouse to then sending them off for final delivery. Very often the turnaround is within a couple hours. As a nice bonus their website is very dummy friendly and isn’t complicated while also providing many options for packages to be forwarded (insurance amount, option to overpack for added protection, choose the USPS delivery speed, etc)

My package was ordered Nov 18. Ship it apo kept writing saying I needed to provide proof it wasn't a battery. It was a pillow 🤨 anyways I kept sending proof them got an email saying undeliverable, after charging me multiple times, then said I would have to pay to have it returned to sender like $35 or they would discard it and still charge me for that! This place sucks. Every package I did send cost me like $40 for them to ship also, even the small ones

On going issue that started when I was over charged around $40 for a relatively small package! After trying to blame me for everything I submitted a video showing the dimensions that were PRINTED on the box!!!!!! Eventually I received a refund. But that is just the beginning of the sarcastic, rude, and unprofessional emails that followed! Last one even flat out called me an ashole! (They spelled it correctly, I had to edit here, so I could upload) All because I proved they knowingly overcharged me! THEY did NOT enter the wrong dimensions on their USPS account, just what they charged me.
