Do NOT use ShipLUX!

I placed an order on 3/22/2026 with Jordan Zinger at ShipLux for my 2 vehicles to be picked up at Park Smart at The Fort Myers Airport on 3/28/2026 and deliver them to Southern Indiana. As seen in the images they sent a flat bed trailer to try to load a Pacifica Van, resulting in over $10,000 in damages to the running board and under carriage. After doing the damage to my van they unloaded the vehicles and left, leaving my vehicles in Florida. Now they will not answer the phone or refund the money I paid in advance.

Avoid Shiplux at all costs!

Avoid Shiplux at all costs!! They are a scam company, extremely deceptive, disrespectful, and full of empty promises. We contracted with them to transport a vehicle from Iowa to California. After continued delay, false promises, and lies, we canceled and paid another company to do what Shiplux was paid to do. It took many emails, ignored calls, and a formal complaint to BBB to finally get a response from Shiplux. 8 weeks to finally get a refund they claimed would be 2-7 days!! We are fortunate to have gotten anything considering the numerous complaints we have seen regarding this scam company. Zero rating!! AVOID SHIPLUX!!

Wish there was a way to leave zero stars or negative stars. HORRIBLE company and the owner Jordan Zinger and his brother Evan Zinger are despicable. Damaged my motorcycle and have actively avoided their responsibilities, zero communication or care. They also never paid their transporter, stealing my money. Thief’s and liars. I would never trust this company

I would never trust this company
To ship my trash .

The customer service guy was very rude .

So why would i trust the company he represents to ship my car ..beware of this company
Scarey ...
Then the customer service rep uses his personal cell phone and texts me back .

" Ask me do I kiss my boy Friend with that mouth."

I actually laughed 😅 thought he was at least funny .

Perhaps had he been that light hearted during the booking part verses rude I would have used their service .

End of the day we all have bad days ...might be a great company just not for me .

They are incompetent and they lie

They are incompetent and they lie. Noah Clark mis handled my paperwork causing days of delay at the Canadian border for me and the transport driver. Then tried to bill me for the associated costs he was responsible for. He charged an additional, unauthorized $500 to my credit card and asked me to pay the driver in cash $500 less than what my contract stated. When confronted with the additional charges the driver was asking me to cover, his response was that it was between me and the driver. As far as I’m concerned, Noah Clark is willing to sell ShipLux’s reputation and integrity for a little over $1,000. I’m still waiting to receive my car and horse trailer, five days after they were scheduled to arrive from an 8 hour transport between Vermont USA and New Brunswick Ca.
DON’T USE SHIPLUX! They don’t want your business, they just want your money.

Scammers

We are a transport company. Shiplux hired us to transport a vehicle. Which we did that after signing a contract. Upon delivery they ignored like we never existed. Refusing to pay USD4000 for our services. The owner Jordan zinger is a scammer. And his employee Noah. He always replied same line. My boss is in plane. We will give you an answer once he will on ground.

Terrible Experience with Shiplux

Terrible Experience with Shiplux – Stay Away!
I had an awful experience with Sheldon Ames @ Shiplux, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I paid for an enclosed trailer to ship a 1968 Charger and a 4x4 pallet with an engine block on it from Pennsylvania to Chicago. After taking my deposit, they showed up with a trailer that couldn't even fit my pallet. Sheldon Ames assured me that they would send another truck the following Saturday or Monday to pick it up, and I agreed to extra charges for sending an additional pallet with the original.
The problems didn’t stop there. The car arrived a day later, and the roof of the trailer was torn off—leaving snow and debris all over my car. When I tried calling Sheldon, it went straight to voicemail, and I received no callback. They then held my car hostage on the trailer and refused to release it until I paid the remainder of the balance. After finally reaching Sheldon two hours later, he suggested I get the car detailed and that they would bill the shipper for the damage. I ended up receiving only a $200 refund, despite already paying $795 for a professional paint buff, wax, and correction from the seller prior to shipping.
If I had wanted my car exposed to the elements, I would have gone with an open trailer for half the price. It's now a week later, and I still have no pallet. Sheldon has completely ignored my calls since then. They’ve got their money and don't care about providing any kind of service after that. Shady business practices and horrible customer service—stay far away from Shiplux unless you want to get overcharged for services you never received.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Shiplux lost my car

Shiplux lost my car. They lied repeatedly telling my car was on the way and in Wilton, Iowa when in fact, it was lost in Buffalo NY. The sales person told me constant lies, and failed to follow-up on repeated promises. Complaints to management via E-mail and even a registered letter were totally ignored. They promised delivery at least 15 different days when the car was still in Buffalo, NY. It took nearly two months to finally receive my car that I had to help in unloading in sub-zero temperatures. I would avoid ShipLux for any vehicle transport.

Avoid this company

I contacted Shiplux to ship my truck, via an enclosed trailer. I have been told several times they will contact me for pick up on Thursday or Friday of this week (once the driver has been assigned/dispatched). I’ve followed up numerous times via email and phone. Same response as above. The time has now passed. Now I need to find another company. If they were honest and said we don’t have a driver or an enclosed trailer I wouldn’t have to now scramble to get my truck shipped. I wouldn’t waste my time with this company.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. READ BBB CHOOSE YOUR TRANSPORT WISELY!!!!!! I am not one to leave reviews nor badmouth anyone, especially a business, but I believe this is a valid situation. They may receive good reviews for doing what we pay them to do and rightfully so. When things don't go well and they handle the situation just as bad is when you realize if they have your best interest. Spoke with Mark Joubert, gave me a similar rate as others and paid for insurance. Mark ASSURED me the vehicle was insured. Driver picked up the truck and 5 days later was at my house with the truck minus the SUNROOF.(I believe it was stolen) Driver says it flew off. Driver also told me he just damaged a sunroof on a BMW. Maybe they should hire another company I have pictures of the vehicle pickup and when I received it. Both Mark Joubert and Cepero Transport both assured me that insurance would handle the claim. Insurance denied the claim due to not meeting their deductible. In the meanwhile I had to replace the glass(it rains in South Florida. Shiplux says the driver should pay, the driver said I hired Shiplux and they should pay and neither will pay me. This is how they wash their hands of liability. So while you pay Shiplux to transport your vehicle, THEY DONT. They hired CEPERO TRANSPORT to do so, NEITHER OF THEM know how to handle this situation which has been going on for a month. I don't expect either to do the right thing but at least this may deter some of you with your decision on who to use as a broker. SHIPLUX and CEPERO Transport both receive and F on customer service!!!!!!

Its not how good they are for a service we pay. Its how bad they handle a bad situation that they caused. READ ALL THE REVIEWS on BBB( i should have)

Bad communication

HIred ShipLux to pick-up a load in Colorado and Utah. ShipLux confirm the Colorado load was pickup and delivery was schedule for the following day at my shop. Followed up next morning to confirm location of the load and delivery time, left several message and email with the individual that was working with me form ShipLux. No return calls, nor response to my email. I called the first pickup in Colorado and ask if they had a name of the company for truck, that pickup the load, which they provided me with the information. I called the trucking company that pick up the load, and they were able to given me all the answer in need, regarding were the truck location and the estimated delivery time. Yet no reply from K.W. from ShipLux. I cancelled the Utah pick up. Communication is Key!
