Working together with Shippo was great when I was shipping a few pallets from China. Cameron Robb was great to work with and helped guide me through the process, always quick to respond whenever I had queries.

We’ve been working with Shippo for several years now and I can absolutely say they are hands down the best company we’ve worked with when it comes to importing goods into the UK, and we’ve worked with a few. There’s always someone on hand to help with any queries and Shippo simply take care of everything, making it super simple for us. Highly recommend for any businesses who import to the UK regularly.

I had an incredible experience working with Shippo! As a new business owner importing from China for the first time I had a ton of questions which Cameron patiently answered for me- never once making me feel silly or annoying as can happen at times.

Additionally, I made a few errors whilst creating shipping plans, etc, and Chris was able to use his expertise to find solutions which would have cost me a lot of money otherwise.

We've been using Shippo for a number of years to import components and they are absolutely faultless.

Importing goods seemed a daunting prospect at the outset, and after one phone call to them I realised that there's nothing to it. They told me everything that I needed to do, what paperwork they required, and they handled everything from there on in.

The respond quickly, they're helpful and informative, and every shipment has arrived on time and without issue.

It was the first time I was importing some goods from Asia so was uncertain of the process and procedures. And I have to say, I was really glad I used Shippo!!
Karol from Shippo was super excellent!! very knowledgeable about the process and documentation and very calm. Karol took time to understand my requirement and went the extra mile to make sure all my goods were cleared at port and delivered on time to my choice of destination. He even had his work phone on his non-working day to make sure my delivery went smoothly!
I would highly recommend Shippo. They do take a lot of stress away from you.
