Very poor service delivery

Very poor service, delivery persons did not call to the client and made the shipment RTO and there is no update on the RTO even team is not able to rectify the issue and not able to resolve it. No courier partner is in touch with the team. How they could it like that.

Very poor service and zero…

Very poor service and zero professionalism.
I strongly advise people not to rely on Shiprocket India. There is no proper coordination, and customer support is extremely disappointing. The delivery boy does not even contact the customer directly and sends the shipment back to RTO without trying to deliver.

Because of their careless handling, I have lost many customers. This kind of service is unacceptable for a logistics company. Very bad experience.

Disgusting service ever

Disgusting service ever, they are running a scam in the name of courier company, they lost, discard shipments without ant notification or specifying reason, then no customer assistance no refunds, don't use this service otherwise you will also face a lot of loss.

SHIPROCKET SUPPORTING SCAM

Shiprocket’s response in my case was complete bullsh*t.

A seller (Vaku / vaku.in) took my money, confirmed the order, and never shipped anything.
When questioned, Shiprocket simply washed their hands and said I’m “not registered”.

This is not about me being a seller.
This is about Shiprocket allowing sellers to show fake order confirmations
without any actual pickup or shipment.

By refusing to even acknowledge whether a shipment exists,
Shiprocket indirectly supports fraud-like activity.

This kind of attitude protects shady merchants and leaves buyers helpless.
Extremely disappointing and irresponsible conduct from a logistics platform.

Worst Delivery Experience Ever

I ordered earbuds and the delivery date was initially shown as 23 January (after 10 days). After two days, the date was changed to 24 January, and now it is showing 28 January. The delivery date keeps getting delayed every single day without any proper update.
When I contacted the Shiprocket service center, they said “Please contact the earbuds company.”
But when I contacted the earbuds company, they clearly said that Shiprocket has already received the order.
Now I am confused and worried about whether my order will even be delivered or not. There is no clear communication, no responsibility, and no proper support from Shiprocket.

They are the worst courier service!!I had a parcel delivery and they kept on saying network delay and delaying the date My experience was horrible I have yet to receive another parcel The first one the company sent me a fresh piece and cancelled the old one with Shiprocket I received it promptly Never ever use Shiprocket They are useless

Worst services ever.If you use this…

Worst services ever.If you use this application they will mark your delivered shipments as undelivered and when you send them mail they wont give you any resolution.They are frauds.

Bad they never deliver the shipment on time they have a heartless team they give stress to a customers and delay it delibarately i wonder they don't spare even a person who has been discharged from the hospital and adviced not to take any stress,They always have an excuse of delaying the shipment due to unprofessional lazy team very bad pathetic services

Had sent one consignment from Chennai…

Had sent one consignment from Chennai to Delhi and for initial pickup there was two days delay and post followups, i was able to get the consigment picked up. It reached Delhi on time but delivery did not happen for last 9 days despite following up on daily basis with Customer care and also escalated the complaints trice to their Managers. Very worst service and i suggest not to use their service and lose our patience. I have recorded the customer care discussions and they just say "We are extremely sorry and will try to attempt delivery by EOD". This is standard message and i have not seen any improvement. Now i understand the consignment was returned due to various fake attempts made. Is there any way to raise this issue to Consumer court for such poor service and wasting entire people time and spoiling our reputation??

BEWARE of such service providers and do not waste your money & time

Now they did RTO off my order without coming to my place, even their assigned delivery guy said we don't deliver parcel in your area then how did they say to me that we tried reaching you but customer was not available. Order placed on 2nd dec. Today is jan 22 I didn't receive my parcel

Scam of the year award should be given to them! Does everything to confuse customers who have already paid beforehand! False delivery attempts and continuous rescheduling. The customer care, certainly does not care for the customers

Smooth deliveries and reliable support

I run a small homemade snacks brand in Coimbatore. We send murukku, banana chips, seedai and mixture. Been using Shiprocket for 8 months now. Works well most of the time, dashboard is simple and I can see courier rates easily. I have been assigned a person to reach when any problem arises. I really like how she follows up till delivery. COD could be a bit faster. But overall, good experience for small sellers like us.

Please ban or remove shiprocket…

Please ban or remove shiprocket completely! I havent seen a worse customer service in my life. I have tried to reschedule my delivery as i wasnt in the country. No one cares to check even if the option is given to us! Fake delivery attenpts also. Honestly i am fed up with them and i don't understand why business owners even think of working with them! Total lack of accountability and responsibility and the cherry on the top is that you can't reach them.

Worst and Fake Service Ever

Shiprocket provides the worst and most fake service. Their delivery agents don’t even attempt to contact the customer and directly update the status as “customer not available”. This is completely false and highly unprofessional.

Every single delivery is delayed without any valid reason. No proper communication, no accountability, and no resolution from customer support. It’s absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrating to face the same issue repeatedly.

I strongly do not recommend Shiprocket to anyone who values timely and genuine delivery services.

No customer support

As per their tracking system, my order arrived in city of delivery late on 7th January 2026. Delivery has not been made until now.
It is impossible to contact them. The number given says this number is not in use. Sending any message on their whatsapp number, l get a standard message to contact the seller. Email sent on their email bounced.
So, l found it was impossible to contact them.
