I could not log onto the online portal to book my delivery date. Phoned the office on two occasions both days their portal was also down. Third day tried and i got onto book date online. Stating 21st august was the quickest delivery date. Emailed them to ask why, they said due to hot weather delays in sending sheds out. I explained on their webpage it stated delivery by 30th July. Company replied webpage couldn't of been updated! Not good enough and misleading to customers.

Ordered Bourne log cabin , 5 - 9 days delivery
then got an email stating it has gone to manufacture and will be delivered 2 months later, Sept 7th , not acceptable , ordered via B & Q , Shire say its B & Q fault for not updating their website , which is strange as Homebase gives the same details , so the incorrect info is obviously coming from Shire themselves , not good as they would have had my £1500 for two months and i had no product !

The shed was delivered per order, on 3rd July. Unfortunately the roofing felt was not delivered, and after chasing the company , the felt was sent out last week, but only arrived today (13th). No real apology given. It’s fortunate that the hot weather has kept things dry. We hope to erect the shed in the coming days.

my wooden greenhouse was delivered in mid April this year. i have had numerous deliveries to correct missing parts , incorrect glass size and i am still waiting for the final bits to finish off my greenhouse 3 months after the initial delivery. in the meantime some of the wooden members are starting to warp because the green house is only partially glazed, making it difficult to fit the glazing. Customer services are always pleasent to talk to and but i doubt whether the Shire team actually know what they are doing.

Ordered a playhouse from here (via Shedstore)
We were missing numerous parts; all of the windows, the door latch, and the roofing felt was not long enough to cover the roof
Rather than allowing the playhouse to become damaged in the torrential rain forecast overnight, we purchased some additional roofing felt
We contacted shedstore to ask for the windows and door latch, and to ask for the additional roofing felt to be reimbursed.
They took 5 days to get back to us (3 of which being working days).
Shires, and Shedstore, refused to reimburse us for the roofing felt, when our alternative option would’ve been to let the playhouse receive enormous amounts of rain, which would’ve needed to dry out and would’ve risked damage
Outrageously poor customer service and quality control. Stay away from this company, they are not serious and there are so many better options. Please, please heed my warning
On top of that, the playhouse itself is poorly designed, with numerous long, sharp screws protruding through the roof into the interior - dangerous for children
These guys want your money and have no care for the service or product delivered

I bought one of the Honeysuckle Corner Arbours and found it reasonably easy to assemble. However, I would make two suggestions-
I found it impossible at step 12 of the assembly instructions to screw 8 x 60mm screws (two for each roof bearer) into the central 34 x 34 x120 roof frame finding that the screw shanks collided inside the frame. I overcame this by, instead of following the instructions, screwing a small metal 90° angle bracket across these two parts at the lower edge which provided a stronger and more reliable 90°connection. I would offer this as a significant improvement to this part of the assembly instructions.
Secondly, the upper cut edge on each Window Panel is rough and looks bad so I salvaged the equivalent piece from a different Arbour (that this one replaced) to provide a neater and more comfortable edge.

When it come the driver was rude and the base panel was broken. After calling this was dealt with. Then no acrylic for the windows and door was missing when I called and complained they delivered some but still 3 missing. One of the acrylics was broken too. I had to call a different time again. Also the felt for the roof come to short so had to wait even longer to do this and house ended up leaking during the storm last week. Overall so disappointed but after several phone calls and a sad little girl on her birthday we finally built the house and was satisfied

Delivery slot was given as 10-2
When I queried no delivery and no contact over an hour later than my time slot I received a snotty email reply from Lilly Terry. Saying the time slot was an estimate and that delivery time was 8 - 8. And my shed would be delivered some time that day! What is the point of a delivery slot if it doesn’t mean anything. My shed was delivered at 7.30pm. Having my son in law and grandson take a day off work and the delivery at 7.30 at night is ridiculous. It must have been obvious my delivery was going to be evening. Why not say that?
Very poor communication and customer service
