I accidentally ordered two phone cases. When I realized the mistake, I tried canceling the order right away. I was charged for two and I tried to return one (unopened) and they wouldn’t refund my $30, AND I was willing to pay the shipping to send it back!! Awful customer service!!
Ordered a cute long sleeve shirt of the highest quality. Sizing is way off. I wear a small and this small is an extra small size. The highest quality?? Fruit of the loom. Not only will they not refund my purchase, but they also will not exchange for correct size. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Who doesn't refund or exchange in today's mail order world?? Shirt bae
