The website is really bad. When you try and select a color, the pictured item does not change so you really are unsure if you are getting what you want. The customer service is horrendous. I reached out several times to try and work out a solution. I was ignored time after time. DO NOT order from this shirt company!!!

If there had been zero star that would have been my choice. Never received my order, ( which was a Christmas present so even more disappointed in the whole thing) wrote 5 emails to three different adresses and never got an answer. I tried to call customer service many many times, nobody ever picked up the phone. So they basically stole my money. I suspect the package was never sent...

Wish I had checked them out here before. Ordered a Christmas present for my wife on 10th December - it never turned up, their phone is permanently engaged and they do not answer emails. Fortunately I paid through Paypal so was able to get my money back. They tried to tell Paypal that the tracking number was 000 - just trying it on!! Low Level Criminals!!

Do NOT order from this company. They will acknowledge your payment and then you will never hear from them. It is a scam. I wish I had known before ordering from them.

Horrible experience about the quality also how they treat costumers.

Ordered 2 masks in May, arrived over 90 days later long after we had already left the country on our trip and it was the trip i washed them for. It’s the only place i could find masks with my husband’s nationality on them but far too slow. Thanks for actually sending them at least. Please work on your shipping speed, I’ve ordered from China and it got here within the month.

The worst scam ever. Never answers to questions. Never sends the product. My 50 Euros is just gone. DON'T BUY! You're basically just donating money to scammers.

Should you want to return or exchange anything they will NOT inform you how to do this, and if you use the "14 days regret" they advise they will not respond either. I still have not been able to return 4 t-shirts that did not meet our expections and will have to stop trying now. It's a total waist of time - and they may repsond to you with an absolute not relevant reply - just to make you give up!

I’m still waiting for a face mask, no replies from company. Waiting over a month. I suppose my $30 is a loss. Do not order from this company. I should have checked reviews first. No good reviews from this place. Save your money and buy local!

I ordered a face mask with a print on and the mask arrived blank. Quality of mask was really poor. The telephone number to contact them does not work and despite several emails they have never replied. I would avoid this site at all costs - it's a scam.

They have my money but I have no face mask. It is now almost three weeks from when they said it would be delivered.

I finally got my t-shirt. supposed to be german site ??. sizes of shirts are kindergarten size. definitely not European.

I have not received my product and it was ordered over 3 weeks ago. I have sent three e-mails to the customer service but have not received a reply. The customer service number does not work (no one replies in it). I believe this company is a scam.

Scammers. Do not use this site. I ordered from their UK portal. The product didn't turn up. They do not reply to customer service emails. I hoped to get the order in time for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive, which was embarrassing, but now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money back. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering to see multiple bad reviews of this company.

Do not recommend this website at all. It's expensive, do not keep delivery dates. There customer service is worse than poor! They do not reply on emails. Phoning them resulted in an automatic voice recorder, who said the number was no longer active.
My my daughters sweet present didn't come in time. Neither the important gift for my sister's big day, and the Christmas present didn't come either.
Alot if money invested for nothing. Hope I can help, and warn some people, by writing this.

This company is not selling genuine products advertised on their website. I ordered a jumper with print on it and the print was not of a high quality and also a lot smaller than pictured as on website. On closer inspection the picture on the website to me looks photo shopped as the image does not looked placed in the middle and overlaps onto the collar. I have asked for a refund but no reply so if I can save someone else from being ripped off in the future this was worth the review.

Bought a t-shirt and the print didn´t even last a couple of months, its noticably worn. In contact with customer service I got this response:

"Since the order was already 3 months ago, this is unfortunately outside the right of return.
There is nothing I can do for you."

I questioned this because my errand wasn´t about a return, its a question about the quality of their goods.

No answer.

Do not buy from them, No refunds. No room for complaint. Bad print.

1. I had difficulty over 2 days trying to place an order.
2. I contacted the company about this, and received a reply stating there were problems with the web site and to try again.
3. There was no direction to contact the company again after ordering to confirm it.
4. Order was placed as directed. Order confirmation appeared to be correct as far as I was aware. Lacking prior experience with the company, was not aware how much detail was to be expected. (Confirmation did include that there was personalization, it did not indicate lettering style, size, placement, or color).
5. Order arrived and was found to be in error. Placement and color were correct, but size and lettering style were not.
6. Upon contacting the company, any correction of the order was refused.
7. Company denies any problems with the website, and states I had duty to contact them after placing order on website.
