Defective products
I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. While the shipping has consistently been fast, I have unfortunately received multiple defective products. After submitting several replacement requests due to these issues, I began to feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously and that my honesty as a customer was being questioned.
Most recently, my replacement request was completely ignored, which I found to be very unprofessional and disappointing, especially as a loyal customer. Because of the lack of communication and customer support regarding defective products, I have decided that I will no longer be purchasing from this company.
