There’s no return or exchange process

There’s no return or exchange process. If you live outside Sweden and need a different size, good luck — you’ll have to pay around 20€ to ship it back yourself manually. For a company whose entire business revolves around selling clothes, it’s astonishing that they haven’t figured out how to handle a basic return.

Caveat emptor - Product quality may vary and returning the products is a long process

I have made three separate orders during the past months and found that the product quality may vary a lot. Eg. the Dr.Who Tardis T-shirt, size XXL is really size XXXXL, it is bigger than Commodore T-shirt, size XXXL. Also the print quality on that shirt is very poor. The picture flakes off just by looking at it. On the other hand the Commodore and Last ninja shirts are grade A quality. Probably the better quality shirts are printed in Sweden. Still the products seem to be overpriced compared to the over all quality and service.

The product return process is not as simple as it is advertised. I was told in the post office that the free return policy does not apply in Finland. Also 30 days for processing the product return is too long, although it is mentioned in the fine print of return form.
