With no any notice charged 100€ more then i was out of Israel, no answers from them, nobody from shlomo explain why was additional charge, but i pretty sure that car had no scratches on return, fuel tank was full, there was no reason to charge. Also they rent dirty cars. Their service like in Africa, not close to Europe.
Dirty and dented car. Three years old. Contract only in Hebrew = unreadable. No written or verbal instructions on very diff parking rules / signs in Israel No Help at Desk in Airport. At first No GPS available; - 3 days later one unit found. But No VoiceOver over function. Change of language from Russian took 25 minutes at the SIXT office. Still No VoiceOver.
