Business thinks they're a charity

Do not buy from them unless you like giving your money away. I bought a pair of boots about a month ago. As far as I can tell from the tracking they never shipped them. Then when a claim was processed through UPS the ly said it was settled and I was ineligible for a refund. So it seems to me they never shipped them, tried to put the blame on UPS, and upon UPS not being able to locate them due to never having them in the first place they just made off with my money. I'm fine with giving money to charities but I'm getting tired of treating businesses as if they are charities. There's no accountability anymore and they don't care about the customer

Returned a pair of shoes

Returned a pair of shoes. Just spoke to customer service as I have not received refund after waiting 9 days. That is unacceptable and of course issue was not resolved, I have to wait 24 - 48 hours. But what was the kicker was the tone of voice their representative has. Yes he was saying the right words but his attitude was horrendous. I will not be spoken to in the tone of voice he had and will NEVER purchase from them again. I'm still shaking my head in amasement.

I paid $25 for express shipping

I paid $25 for express shipping. It's been 3 full business days and my order still hasn't shipped out when it was estimated to arrive yesterday or today. They advised it could take 3 days for processing after I complained, and today would be day 3. Express shipping was a scam! They also don't ship on the weekends, so now it's Friday and my order won't be shipped until next week i assume, way after I needed it.

Will never order from them again

I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. They came in and are a completely different pair of shoes. The company cannot schedule a UPS pickup, I have to get out and drive a way during crazy Christmas traffic to return the wrong shoes they sent. I will not get a refund until they receive them in their warehouse. Meanwhile, there is only 1 pair remaining of the boots I actually ordered. They will not send them to me unless I place another order. This order would not be here in time for Christmas, and I would be out double the money. I will never order from this company again with their terrible customer service. I am being punished for their mistake.

Shoebacca is ATROCIOUS - Buyer beware!

I have to wholeheartedly concur with the previous 2 reviewers - do NOT buy from this merchant. I purchased a pair of Puma sneakers as a Xmas gift for my brother but instead, I received a completely different, much cheaper model that was 3 sizes smaller than what I had bought; to add insult to injury, they actually sent the correct box for the item so there are only two possible explanations for this "mishap":

(A) They are sleazy scammers engaging in basic bait-and-switch tactics.
(B) They are incompetent, amateur hacks with zero quality control and no process in place.

Whichever the reason, there is no need to give business to these guys. Your time and hard-earned dollars are better expended elsewhere. Whilst mistakes always happen and one should be mindful of such, what makes them awful is their nonexistent and remorseless customer service. I contacted them via multiple channels, including over the phone, but no viable solutions were offered. No earnest acknowledgment or apology and certainly no effort to remedy the situation. They did not provide a root cause or even confirm whether the item is still in stock. I was simply told to return the shoes, await for my refund, and repurchase them in the future. I do not have a present 5 days before Xmas and have wasted time repackaging, etc.

Absolutely horrendous company. Look elsewhere unless you're a masochistic wastrel.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I purchased my mother the All Black Puma Racer Marble Sneaker's Size 9 from this website because PUMA didn't have any. This was going to be a Christmas Gift for my mother & not only do they not fit,it feels like you're walking on nothing but rubber!! Even the damn shoes were all crushed just like the crushed box it came in!! UNFUCKING BELIEVABLE!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RETAIL!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. NEVER, EVER do business with this company if you expect ANY type of customer service!! I can honestly say they are the worst company I've dealt with ever! Their CSR's seem untrained, give you a different answer each time, don't seem to be aware of their own company policies & will not lift a finger to help you with any issues at all. I asked for a change to my order, the size was wrong, PRIOR to it shipping, nope, can't do it. Ok, just cancel it, nope, can't do it. They ship SurePost, so you can't reject the shipment and route it back to them to save time and don't think for a second they'll call and do it. I spent a full day with their customer service trying to get the size corrected. Then, today, after shipping the return back to them, which they can track & see is on it's way back, I spent all day on email with their customer service trying to get her to honor their "Instant Exchange" policy that THEY sent me in my return email...she had no idea what I was talking about and even after sending it to her, couldn't be bothered. Instead, she made me think she was helping me and "took the liberty of creating the invoice for me, Yada, Yada, yada" and then my ONLY option is to RE-BUY THE BOOTS, it can't be exchanged!!! Then, why did the company send me the exchange information??? Why didn't she just say that 1st thing this morning???? Why am I just finding this out tonight??? It's CHRISTMAS, Im running out of time! I wasted a whole day. How could their owners tolerate their customers being treated like this? Exchanges are nonexistent, even though advertised, need a change on an order, you're stuck with it, until you can get the shipment in hand to return it, even tho the item hasn't left their bldg, even knowing it's for Christmas and time is limited, they couldn't give 2 flips! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I can't even imagine what a giant pain getting my money refunded will be, if it is anything like this order has been. We live on a ranch and boots are our thing, but I'd rather pay double the price to order somewhere else, than have to deal with their customer service again! I URGE you to read their reviews prior to ordering, their customer service is the MAIN complaint and let's face it, if you don't have good customer service, you have nothing. I'll not give this company another dime of my hard earned money!

Ordered boots from this company and…

Ordered boots from this company and they sent me a tracking number that could not be tracked. I had to make several calls and they keep telling me the dates I should have them. Since I never received in 4 weeks I had to call to get a refund. I am waiting for that refund to show on my card. Never order from them

Spent over $100 on birkenstocks

Spent over $100 on birkenstocks. They came used, dirty, stained, and with someone's toe prints already fitted to them. They received my return almost 2 weeks ago and have still not refunded me. Do NOT recommend.
