Keep canceling orders

I have attempted 3 times to order from Shoebacca. Every time I placed an order, the status showed “processing” for over a week. I would go ahead and contact them, and they would tell me that there was a “processing error” and then just cancel and refund my order. For the last order, I actually called instead of sending an email, and they told me that the order was not shipped yet because some item(s) had to be retrieved from a sister warehouse. They told me they would speed up the shipping process for me. But instead, they just cancelled the order again (without even informing me, I saw in the status that the order was all of the sudden “closed” and I had to approach them again). Very poor performance. Clearly the items are in stock as per their website..

Same refund runaround other reviewers have experienced

I ordered sneakers Jan 13, received them but didn't like them, so returned them. I tracked online and they received them on Jan 27. They sent me an email on Jan 30 where they confirmed receipt and said it takes up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution. So on the 7th business (Feb 7), after not seeing my refund deposited, I called. They said there were problems with their accounting dept. processing refunds and that the system was down but should be up soon and that my claim has been elevated and will be processed. 2 days later, today Feb 9, I called back to check the status and gave the rep my order #. She asked what did I return as if there was no record of the items I returned from the order but reassured me that my return had not been processed because the system was down. But will process soon. At this point I'm done. So instead of continuing to get the runaround, I called Bank of America claims dept and submitted a dispute. I'll let them deal with the Shoebacca headache. Shoebacca has great deals and prices but if you have to return an item, you'll get the runaround or not get your refund at all.

No sign of refund for a half a month ago return

Paid 54.9 for 2 pairs of shoes. Couldn't cancel on time.
Arrived on 1/14 and I returned as soon as I received them.
It's been half a month and they haven't refunded yet. The UPS return was marked as delivered, I called and they told me to wait. Process repeated itself.
Took too long. Still waiting on the refund

No help from Shoebacca

Well, after giving them a good review this company sent my last order to a wrong address and won’t track it down or refund. I’m done with them and was a loyal customer.

Refund Scam

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son and noticed as soon as they arrived the width was too small at the ankle. Returned on Sept 29th. As of Oct 20th customer service has told me the refund has been issued, yet each time they claim it was the day prior to my email and await another 3-5 business days. Scam.

I am very dissatisfied with the service…

I am very dissatisfied with the service of this store, I placed my order last Friday 8/19/2022 at 3:00 pm, on Monday I received an email notification that my order was going to be processed, that they were checking with their “ sister wineries. that in a future email I would receive an update, since I did not receive any email, today Friday 8/26/2022 I called customer service to ask about the status of my order and they told me that I still had to wait between 5 and 7 days more for my order to be processed, supposedly because it is a "special" item. They're just boots, what's the problem? those boots in 5 stores in my city are in stock. if I decided to buy them with shoebacca it was only because they cost me $40 dollars less. Finally I decided to cancel my order and the person who helped me said that it could not be canceled and that I had to wait for my product to arrive and then return it. but after an hour I received an email that my order had been cancelled. they can believe it. very bad experience with this store I never buy from it again and I never recommend it.

They don't return all money

If you bought a satisfactory product and no need to return it, it would be a good experience. However, it would be terrible if you want to return them a product. I bought a 10.5 Puma shoe, and it seems like 9 sizes, and I usually wear 10 size shoes; it is awful. So, I had to cancel an order and did not receive all funds back on my card. They charge me more than $6.5, and it is different from what their website says.
When I tried to contact customer support and resolve the issue, they just perfunctory said that "We do apologize for the inconveniences. We will issue you a refund. You will see this refund within 3 to 5 business days".Finally, I never got my money back a month after.

Good market, no complaints

I personally really like shoes and I can't imagine my life wthout wearing nice shoes. People always tell me that I can combine incongruent things. I can wear nice shoes with a tight suit and it won't make me confusing. I believe that all people must wear those clothes which they like. They should never pay attention to the word of people around them, because taste in clothes is very individual thing. By the way, I noticed his shoes market couple of months ago and I guess it's a real discovery for me. There is a great responsive staff and plenty of assortment for any taste.
