Ordered from Shoe Palace about a week ago and made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before I placed my order. Luckily, I received my shoes and two pairs of socks that I ordered when expected, which only took a week. No problems with the delivery. Will be shopping from Shoe Palace again.

Decent experience via email but with a 90% solved resolution as they basically expect you to choose either keep the product lose out on $26 shipping charge by keeping the item or sending the item back via you paying shipping cost back plus a restocking fee that they have (assuming it passes their inspection, based on other reviews seems unlikely).
I totally understand policies but getting blindsided with getting a $26 shipping charge after being quoted free shipping during checkout.
Called in and spoke with the most pompous a hole named Henry, whom dropped the call after he warned me about language. I said "your company sucks" and he just dropped the call. Such a***** for phone support hope he reads this but honestly their whole support team probably just laughs in the face of their customers whilst on calls as it seems nothing to get resolved and customer could be lying.
All in all horrible service for the most part, just crossing my fingers package arrive in mint condition for the price that I paid and the shoes are authentic. If not most definitely going to dispute and take it up with my card company as this is a horrible situation.
Keep in mind I asked for order cancellation after seeing a 1,000 bill with a hefty discount of 800 dollars and the addition of 26.25 for shipping within 2 minutes of the order screen. They are normally slow with shipping based off other reviews but in this case they Quote on quote "shipped" within 24 hours.
Overall In store my experience has generally been more decent but by far online worst experience ever. So consumer be weary as you may have to bit a bullet in terms of losing money to this shady business model one way or another. I wouldn't be surprised if 99% of revenue came from all the crazy fees they charge for the simplest of request.

i bought a nike hoodie that turned out to be fake as f***. it was supposed to be for my boyfriend for his birthday but i can’t even do him like that. now i gotta return it, not to mention they take a $15 “shipping fee” for sending anything back. moral of the story f*** this site their s**t is s**t and they only want your $15

This company is horrible. I was sold two left shoes and they were sent out of town.After contacting customer service about this issue I was referred to a manager that promised to send me shipping labels I’ve asked the manager several times for the return labels. All I received was false promises and finally no response. I will never purchase a pair of shoes from this company again and I would recommend that you purchase for the first time from this company. After eight weeks of begging for my return labels today I am finally throwing the shoes away and wasting my money on a brand new pair of Nike.

Terrible in store Mgmt presence. I bought a pair of New Balance shoes 3 weeks ago at the Galleria Mall store which I wore one time. I have bought New Balance shoes for the last 20 years, never had a problem. This pair didn’t fit quite right so I decided I would return them. My wife and I had previously looked at other options when we were there so all I wanted was my money back, a simple return. I was greeted by “not feelin em Boss?” I replied I wore them once and they were uncomfortable. I’m 66 years old and I’ve probably returned 3 pairs of shoes in my life. This obnoxious store person, name withheld, told me that these shoes were obviously worn to which I replied, “yes, one time”. “We can’t return these Boss, you’ve obviously been wearing these”. This punk basically called me a liar and when I said that to him, he said the best he could do was in store credit to which I replied that they have lost my business. I would rather eat the $80 and donate the shoes than deal with these type of accusations. I really like New Balance shoes, don’t get me wrong but they should definitely pull the line from the Shoepalace.
I order the new LeBron 18's Black, White, University Reds
I order the new LeBron 18's Black and Reds on 3/22 and received my shoes on 3/25. No complaints here. I received my tracking number the next day. I ordered another pair of LeBron 18's from Nike the same day and they both came on the 25th. After ordering my shoes I decided to read reviews on Shoe Palace and was like, "awwww man, what did I do". But everything worked out great. I will be buying more shoes from Shoe Palace. Thanks Shoe Palace.

Absolute B.S. They were backdooring shoes at the Southland Mall! Are you kidding, right in front of us the manager takes a box of shoes behind the register rings up their buddy, that swips his cc, and out the door he goes. I was shocked, I even called out the manager and his friend and manager goes to the back of the store and refused to come out! Terrible service, and terrible business! Lawrence from SF SHOE PALACE is very rude & racist towards African Americans. He’s not friendly at all I’m not sure how he’s able to be a manager treating people unfairly. He’s not respectful at all. He definitely plays favorites against staff that’s not black. He have no respect for customers or employees with the way he treats them . He don’t like black people. He swears at his employees when talking to them . He should not be working there at all because BLM “NO ONE SHOULD GET TREATED DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE OF THE SKIN TONE ”it’s not ok. Company doesnt care about consumers
This company does not care abot their customer, only about the profit. I also think they're cioking their books (i was charged $1,000 with a $820 discount for a $180 pair if shoes). They also charged me $27 for shipping. I didn't get the shoes for THREE WEEKS. I had to contact customer service twice just to get the order shipped. Very frustrated.

This site has to be the worst site ever. I ordered a pair of shoes over five days ago, and was over charged on the tax and shipping. Not to mention i have yet to receive a tracking number. I've been calling shoe palace ever since. The customer service number they have listed is complete and utter BS. I'm beyond livid and don't know what to do at this point I'll never order a pair of shoes from them online again

I placed the order for Dec 14, no tracking number provided until today - Dec 26, no email response, can’t even reach them on phone. No way to contact them. My order is just hanging there without an update and I have to contact PayPal to open a chargeback.
TERRIBLE shipping
Ordered the new Jordan 11’s 12/12 and it’s 12/25 and it has taken 2 weeks for them to process and finally make a shipping label. My shoes haven’t even been delivered to UPS yet, they’re saying it will come December 29th but it’s probably a lie.

Use another company for better quality and to save money
I purchased a rare shoe on the release date that was only released on a few sites, Shoe Palace being one of them. There were multiple sites in multiple countries selling this shoe. SP charged $27 for shipping (even though I'm US based and so are they) and I was able to get the same shoe from another US company and a European company (I'm not a reseller, but it was for my siblings as a gift). The European company charged less for shipping, the US company had free shipping, and BOTH companies got me my product before SP. SP also had a damaged box where the other 2 didn't. I paid for the shipping due to scarcity, but their product ended up being the most expensive for shipping, showed up last, and came in the worst condition. I want to say this is unique to me, but my friend who helped me in this process let me know that this is normal for SP and their orders. Use Shoe Palace as a last resort.
Worse online customer service.
Shoe palace probably has the worse customer service. Their service number doesn’t work. And emailing often gets ignored.
They did respond to me once, when I wanted to cancel an order. They asked for an order number, which I gave.. then they went and canceled a different order of mines. And when I emailed, multiple times about it. I never got a response.

I honestly don’t see why this place has bad reviews. I ordered first then I went to check reviews (my mistake) and after seeing them I was nervous, but my package came in good time, there was tracking, and what I ordered (ivy park) was definitely authentic. Their shipping was definitely less stressful than Adidas
