I ordered a pair of puma Scarface sneakers from shoe Palace during the holiday season the shipment was delayed and the new delivery date coincided with a day that I would be going away. I reached out to both FedEx and shoe Palace to try and modify the delivery FedEx told me that the only modifications could be done by the shipper, I tried numerous times to contact shoe Palace during their normal operating business hours to no avail. I was quite concerned as I stated in my emails to them that the holiday season, unfortunately brings with it a rise in thefts of packages. After numerous attempts, I was unable to modify my delivery and indeed the package was stolen. I exchanged countless emails with shoe Palace, who constantly tried to place the blame on FedEx And file a claim with them it was evident to me that they had no caring as to the outcome. The FedEx process took roughly a month at which time I was still exchanging emails with shoe palace and no shock, FedEx denied the claim. Shoe Palace felt they had no responsibility in this matter and it became very evident. All they wanted to do was get rid of me and not deal with me any longer despite the fact that I did try to contact them to modify my delivery, I wish I had read all the negative feedback regarding this company before I wasted my money dealing with them. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I am leaving reviews on every possible outlet that I can in hopes of saving patrons like myself from wasting their money with this horrible establishment.

The shoe Palace in colma California deserves no stars. The manager the young lady with the ponytail she needs to be fired because she is so unprofessional. She literally ran past me did not ask me did I need any help, but I observed
her asking other customers did they need help and were greeted. Upon me checking out literally when she's putting the shoes in the bag, she slid them across the counter and walked away to continue her inappropriate conversation with her co- worker. The only reason why I'm keeping these shoes is because I have an event to go to tomorrow. Otherwise I would return them right now.I know this will not be addressed. I never have a pleasant experience at this location but I had to share my experience.High school behavior is the best way to describe that store

Waste of time
Don't bother ordering from them, it's a complete waste of time. I made the mistake of doing so without checking here first, as others have said they take your order, ignore any emails you send and then cancel the order a week later. Hopefully I actually get a refund or I will also have to waste more time disputing it with my credit card.

I placed and ordered back in December 12 I think and was supposed to received my package by the 15th, and till this day I haven't received anything, I tried contacting shoe Palace with no success at all , I made to many calls , send emails with ordere number and no one has contacted me at all. Would I ordere from shoe palace again, HELL NO , would I recommend shoe palace to anyone, HELL NO. If thinking if buying fron this place, please just go straight to a physical store or just order from a trusted shoe place . I lost $160

I was terrified and sick after finding this thread AFTER I placed an order with them. I ordered another pair from somewhere else to be safe (getting before Christmas) and tried to cancel the order here. I order on a Saturday and tried to cancel first thing Monday. I talked to a real person who was super kind and helpful. Unfortunately she was unable to cancel due to it already being processed and sent for shipping. I received the shoes I ordered with NO issues after 7 business days from the day ordered. I’d order from them again without hesitation.
Oh! And I had free shipping with no box damage.

Shoe Palace - Adidas SW Hemp gazelles
I ordered the Adidas SW Hemp gazelles. Had to pay $11 for shipping. Shipped late. When the package arrived, it was in a flimsy box and the tape was all messed up. (I have photos of the shipping box prior to opening). The inside Sean Wotherspoon box was all beat up due to the crappy boxing job by Shoe Palace.
If you want shoes shipped and to come in one piece, don't use Shoe Palace.
One big Scam company with criminal intentions
Although I did not purchase anything from this store, but when my credit card details were stolen, they managed to clone or in another way to use that information in person to try and purchase something from I believe their affiliate Everymarket.com. Luckily my credit card company was alert of this and I received a notification of this. Seems like this company is some coverup for some bigger scams linked to their partners also operating in Mexico (this is where I highly suspect the copying of my card happened at Cancun Airport).

The service is terrible. The sales staff especially those two ladies are talking in front of the customers. And they do not want to assist us in getting the right sizes on half. Too lazy. I do not recommend buying shoes here.
