I recently made an order for shoes from Shoe Passion. I clearly ordered a size 8 as stated on my invoice, but I received a size 7.5. I emailed the companies UK customer service dept twice to point out the error, never got a reply. I had to return the shoes and I was charged for the postage. Absolutely shocking customer service do not use !!
I emailed shoepassion regarding a purchase I was looking to make and didn't hear back for 8 days. This usually means that if I had any actual issues with products that I buy from them, it's not going to be good. They run a co.uk website, but are actually based in Germany and charge heavily for postage and delivery times are slow in this buy today and get tomorrow age.
Overall not a good experience and ended up buying a pair of shoes and delivered three days before they responded.
