Completely unresponsive, do not order from them!

I don't understand why they don't just take the website down. I order a pair of boots on 25 November. Their website states you should receive your order in 2-3 days. I didn't hear anything from them for a week, so I reached out for an update.No response. A few days later, I requested to cancel the order and sent them a Widerrufsformular and asked them not to ship the order. I still didn't hear anything. After 2 weeks of radio silence, I raised a dispute with my bank to reverse the card charges. Absolutely insane.
