Will always buy from this site really good customer care very helpful 100percent recommended you won't be disappointed

No response to email sent immediately after order asking for order to be changed and also asking for tracking details (tracking number arrived in my inbox after the delivery! ) Also sent wrong size. Poor poor customer service. Will not be buying from shoeshoebedo again.

I ordered some boots for my husband, the boots that arrived were not the same colour or material as the ones in the picture. I contacted the admin at ShoeShoeBeDo and spoke to Lee who was very helpful, he spoke to their warehouse and it turns out that they no longer carry the colour/material that I thought I was buying but hadn't updated the website. Lee was very kind and offered me either a full refund and return or a partial refund and to keep them. He also mentioned that the website would be updated to reflect the new colour/material. I chose to keep them, and then discovered that the boots were actually the wrong size all along too. (Husband didn't take them out of the box once he realised they were wrong just in case he had to return them) Lee was again very helpful and helped me organise an exchange for a different size. Absolutely wonderful customer service, very friendly and helpful. The shoes themselves are lovely, well made and my husband is happy with them even though they aren't the ones he wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent products and service, reasonable price and quick delivery.

Ordered two pairs of shoes however one pair was not available but I said I would wait until they were back in stock in a few days.
One pair were dispatched on a 24 hour delivery slot and arrived the following day and the 2nd pair dispatched one days later.
Was very happy with the service I received and an unexpected jesture of good will the company sent me a lovely pair of quality socks.
Just to prove the service level is constant with this company ; I last used them back in June 2019 and received the very same excellent service.

Shoes far too small (more like a 5 than 6) & note inside states no refund if the box damaged! Had to photograph box from all angles before wrapping in bubble wrap & then packaging just to be sure but how can I be responsible for how the PO treat it? In fact, the Post Mistress thought this was just a ploy to deny a refund, will wait & see. Will not be using again.

beautiful shoes couldnt find em anywhere sold out everywhere couldnt find my size 5 found this pair in shoebedo and got it in a size 5 very comfortable soft from the inside easy to wear with a zip very soft easy to walk in if you want to buy these shoes try shoeshoebedo i looked at ebay amazon shuh all shoe shops even debenhams couldnt find my size very popular these shoes sell out quick too 🙂
