Hi-Tec walking boots
Ordered a pair of walking boots from this place, on a Monday night, just arrived now, 1 and a half days later! Now that’s service! The boots were as described and fit like a glove and super comfy and also was nearly £40 cheaper than Hi-tec’s own website and with free delivery! Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Terrible customer service.
My wife wasn't happy with the boots she ordered, wanting to return them. Shoeshoebedo states that say:
"If you can't use the label or carrier provided by Shoeshoebedo Ltd, you can send your return package using a carrier of your choice. You'll need to pay for return postage costs." on the returns page. So we opted to pay for Hermes but at Parcel Shop it wouldn't work. Called Hermes and they said it was Shoeshoebedo. No number to call Shoeshoebedo. Emailed them and they said use Royal Mail.
Emailed them the returns page that said "use a carrier of choice" and no response. No acceptance and no refund.
Very bad customer service. Won't buy anything from them again.
