I ordered the wrong color backpack for my son and just knew from past experiences ordering things on other websites that I wouldn’t be able to correct my mistake. I was upset and very pessimistic BUT shoespicky quickly turned my frown upside down and replied SO FAST saying they could send the correct color. I was shocked to say the least. This was my first time ordering from shoespicky so I didn’t know what the process was or what to expect but they fulfilled and EXCEEDED their promise. When my son opened the package (that came very quickly and had up-to-date tracking the whole time🙌) he was ecstatic! The bag was not only the right color that he wanted, it was also great, no AMAZING QUALITY! It looked exactly like the picture online and very durable. I was surprised bc most times cartoon branded merch can look ironed on and cheap but not from shoespicky. It looked like it was made with time, care and dedication and of course the two other pieces (lunch bag and pencil case) was of the same quality as well. I’m so impressed by the products and the service that I’ve become a loyal customer for life! I don’t even know what to order next but when my kids and I want something we know where to purchase.
