Take a look and beware of this joke of a shoe seller!!

Oh, your Chinese business practices are so cute!
So, to be clear:
1) you sell shoes that are not size specific, so if they don't fit, customer pays $30 more
2) customer can keep badly made shoes, and get a $15 discount on more badly made shoes
3) Yes, I understand the 3rd point since you ask: both you and the shipping company make even MORE money off of stupid customer if they want to return the shoes.

I, and my shoe loving friends find this very funny and we are all laughing at you.

My shoe budget for last year was close to $10,000 USD, and my friends spend even more, so the refund is not important in the grand scheme of things.

You can keep my $$ and your shame.

I will just consider myself a one-time stupid buyer of badly made Chinese products from shoespie.com, so that I can make the first joke.

We will have a lot of fun posting pictures on social media about you to let people know and make you look as ridiculous as possible, so it might just be worth losing the money. 😊

I hope that you are OK, and can live with the shame of having to explain this to your customers every day.

3. If you return for refund. Based on the return policy, you need to pay the returning shipping fee yourself, we also need to revoke the shipping cost from the final cost. Since the shipping cost had been charged by the logistics when ship the parcel to you, hope you understand. So the final refund is $117.

Waited close to 3 months for the shoes, they are horrible, cheaply made, heel is loose, the material is plastic looking, and the straps look a mess. I wouldn't recommend ANYBODY buying shoes from this site. Then they offered a $15 refund on $70 shoes. NO REFUND ME ALLL MY MONEY please and thank you.

Shoespie is a great online shoe store, it has absolutely beautiful heels. i purchased 2 pair of heels in the wrong shoe size. I had to make a new order for the same pairs but in a smaller size. I shipped back the 1st pairs and now they are refunding back my money it's in the porcess at the moment. The heels I purchased are gorgeous and 1 pair being my bridal heels. I will continue to make more purchases from shoepie.
The customer service team are very helpful and always prompt. hank you Sarah for all your help.

I bought 3 pairs of wedge sandals. They took a month to arrive. The shoes I got were definitely not like the ones advertised. They attempted to replicate the shoes they display on their website and did a terrible job. The material was sooooo cheap that if you attempt to wear the shoes out, it will rip from a few minutes of wear. The fit was also horrible, the shoes didn’t fit around the heel like they’re supposed to. Their website displays quality shoes but what they send you is practically garbage. Not even to wear one day type shoes. I requested a refund and they offered me $40 to keep the shoes. I refused because I want my full $209.38 that I paid this dishonest company. I filed a complaint with PayPal and still waiting on their resolution. I also requested a chargeback with my Bank and sent them pictures of the horrible shoes they sent me. I got my money back through my bank temporarily until the issue gets resolved. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT. HORRIBLE SHOES, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

3 stars because I was able to get a full refund. And because they respond quickly. I had a few complaints and they got solved thanks to client manager Sherry. I had an issue with being uninformed about the 8-12 day processing. I ordered very quickly off my phone and was not prompted to confirm I understood this. The information is provided under details with the size chart, though I'd never look there, I know my size. From the information in my emails, it seems the pictures provided are not actual photos of stock they have. Notice that every shoe you click on, all sizes are available. The 8-12 days allows them to manufacture the shoe and size you selected. If you read "about us" this part is not clear. You think your getting some amazing discount on the shoes pictured, but really its a made in china knock off. If your going to do it that way, then just be honest. People would probably spend the same amount of money and be much less frustrated. Especially if they were very inexpensive, like $25. I love a shoe i can party in and it doesn't matter if i ruin it. I'd probably spend that $100 for 4 pairs knowing well what I was about to receive. Make that site instead.

Very bad quality of the shoes, delay of reception, and no seriousness in the after-sales service.
In summary, order placed from FRANCE on a site in the US and received after 5 weeks from China. A really poor quality compared to the price (50 € after sales) poorly bonded fabric on the soles and heels and without any finish, plus the size (2 sizes more) did not match the one ordered and the one on the box . After contact with the seller back shoes at my expense in Poland (thanks Paypal for refund). I only had a refund proposal after receipt and fills it without taking charge of the initial shipping costs (15 € for China is exorbitant), after refusal on my part and long discussions by e-mail, opening a dispute over Paypal which ruled in my favor. Conclusion I was fully refunded 3 months after receipt and many setbacks by this company is not advisable.

After a small misunderstanding the account manager has been very obliging in offering her assistance in rectifying our initial problems.

I must say that I am super impressed with these sandals! They are comfortable, have great color and are quite sturdy. I'm always a little hesitant to order shoes online, (I haven't had the best of luck) but I am sure glad that I ordered these! Great product and packaging was awesome! You can tell that pride in the product was taken while packaging these; very neat and thoughtful.

I emailed this Chinese company 3 weeks ago for an order update and got a response with a tracking number with some unknown international carrier. The website of the carrier looked very suspect and the tracking# came up with nothing. Since then, I have emailed Shoespie twice with no response.

I think this company is a scam. I paid over $120 for boots that were to be a Christmas present. I am lodging a complaint with the BBB and now have to work with my credit card company to remove this charge, if they will at all. Total BS.

Don't waste your time and money on Shoespie!

R.U.N!!!!!! This is the worst site to order from. I ordered 3 pair of shoes paying over 260 dollars including shipping. I wanted to return them only to find out they dnt provide a shipping label or your money back. This is a SCAM they take forever to ship your item then when u get them they look like they were just made in the back seat of a car.

Eventhough I had few complaints I got all solved thanks to client manager Sherry, who is really helpful and gives quick responses to all questions.

So - on Shoespie. Well, honestly I have to say. I'm 90% pleased with the site. I have 2 reasons for the 4 stars vs. 5. 1. There is sometimes a variation from what you see pictured versus what actually arrives in the mail and that has been disappointing. This may be due to computer monitors (color for example), the way the pic was photographed (sometimes the heel looks higher than what it actually is), their manufacturers etc. 2. The return process is a bit cumbersome and is currently NOT free which is a bummer. I would advise you to READ THE DESCRIPTIONS carefully. A shoe may look like its a 5" heel (16cm) but then you get it and it's more like a 3" or 4"heel, it can be disappointing. This may not be a big deal to some of you but I want what I "see". But, for the most part, you will get what is pictured. Lastly, I would also rate the quality of the shoes as a 4* for materials and construction.

I ordered some shoes in April '17. When they arrived the size and colour were perfect but material was not a described - suede or velvet (they couldn't decide which) - turned out to be some cheap man-made material that one could buy for £5.00/yrd! They smelt awful; the shoes were also imperfect in their manufacture. I repeatedly asked for a refund and return address, abiding by their own refund/return conditions, which they steadfastly refused to provide. I escalated this through PayPal who found in my favour. As requested I returned the shoes to the address supplied by PayPal and Shoespie refused to accept them. PayPal closed the case before delivery was attempted so I will now be querying this with them. So far I have not only lost the cost of the shoes and postage, approximately £100, but I have no shoes!

Frankly I would not touch this company with a bargepole. If you are into cheap plastic shoes go for it, if not avoid at all cost.

Dear friends, I must say that me & my friends were surprised when we have found this site, at first we were a little sceptical, but then we were like: "what the hell" and we've ordered 4 different pairs of sandals and boots. And imagine our surprise when we've got them. In the time of today to find artist like this, with perfect hands that makes amazing staff without any mistake, come on...every little detail made perfect, so if you ask me I HAVEN'T GOT any remarks, what more in me they will have a loyal customer for a lifetime. I made contact with Shoespie on 07/08/2017 (2weeks later) as there were no update on order status and I was told it had been shipped out and its courier's fault that status had not been updated (even though tracking number provided on website said no items were found).
Eventually received parcel 17/08/2017 and the shock when I opened the box!
The shoe colour, quality, finishing was nothing close to what was advertised. Bottom of the heels was already peeling off, rubber sticking out of the shoes, heel cover was not properly aligned........ I emailed them straight away with pictures of what they had sent me and they offered me $55 for a £57 purchase and lying that the shoes they sell are custom made and they would not be able to sell on????!!
I declined and requested a full refund considering I paid delivery cost for the shoes to be delivered, I will be paying the cost to send the shoes back to them and also I have had to go buy another emergency pair of shoes as I needed them for an event at the weekend, but they still insist on negotiating refund price!!!!!!
Unbelievable!!!, unacceptable!!! horrible service!! I can only hope that I never come across them or any other company that trade like them.

Will be sending back the shoes today and await a full refund!!!

I'm an avid shoe devotee, buying several pairs each week if they appeal. So seeing the really unusual thin 4 inch stiletto styles I adore on Shoespie was like Christmas had come early for me. I had no issue with ordering 3-5 pairs straight off in 2014 and I knew they'd arrive in a few months (I thought they were based in the USA) but on arrival shoes were badly cut, saggy so don't fit the foot or heel at all, some didn't even resemble the images used.I think they use images as a visually impaired guide; "will look similar to but will actually be nothing like the image whatsoever"!!

Customer service is appalling, barely made contact when I emailed asking to make a return after weeks for trying I was emailed only after saying I'd be contacting PayPal, one email asking why I was unhappy (so not actually reading the emails sent and re-sent for weeks all of which had my order number shown, so not ambiguous). Thankfully, after many months, PayPal stepped in being shown eth images they used to sell the items and the actual items they sent which didn't match, and I was refunded.

I can't in good conscience recommend ShoesPie they've let me down too often (yes I did try them again in 2016 . . .the shoes were just soooo pretty, I hoped they'd improved).

It's Russian Roulette what you'll get and all pairs of my 2016 attempt were put on ebay photographed honestly and listed with all flaws highlighted.
