Scamer

Fraudulent behavior – Refund never received!
Date of Experience: 23 January 2025 – ongoing
I had booked my ticket through Shohoz:
Reference ID: FHB2410141453438
Airline: US-Bangla Airlines
PNR: 0723P9
Route: Kuala Lumpur → Dhaka
Total Paid: BDT 14,918
Refundable Amount: BDT 5,301
Till today, I have not received a single taka of my refund.
Emails are completely ignored.
Phone calls are never answered.
This is nothing but a scam against passengers’ hard-earned money. At first, they behave politely when selling tickets or rescheduling, but once you ask for a cancellation and refund, they disappear.
⚠️ My strong advice to everyone: Do NOT trust Shohoz or Samer. They are fraudsters disguised as a ticketing agency. If you value your money, stay away.
