Received my prop gun today I had to contact by phone as there was a delay receiving it but then it arrived about 5 days later thanks Shoot and Scoot 👍.

We have been purchasing items since 2018 and as a movie props company in Europe we have the outmost respect for Warren and his company.
Always friendly and in contact inside hours.
He recreated and manufactured under request all our needs and he is a valuable colleague that helped us meet the movie industry demand.
Either a space fiction gun or an ancient pike he is the man to make it happen!

The most incredible treasure trove of costumes and props paired with an amazing team that can’t do enough for you. Whenever I come to one of Warren’s sales, I don’t want to leave. This is a magical bazaar that rewards the tenacious.

Fantastic experience, very knowledgeable and friendly. Always helpful. Their products are fantastic quality and second to none. Value for money. I was blown away with their service and would definitely use them again.

Warren has been nothing but BRILLIANT with myself, both in regards to props & costumes for professional film(s) - as well as me and my son collecting stuff. Great pricing, always accommodating and I actually prefer some of his props to the real thing - they are indestructible ! I have since turned him and his collection on to fellow film makers who are also extremely happy with what they can get from Warren, both in terms of purchase - as well as hire. Can't wait for the next project to up the production values with more stuff !!

I Went up to a sale they were having, lots of random props and costumes was and amazing place 👌 I picked up few things only one this was it was little bit disorganised as i did pick up.one thing not for sale but that might have been as some one picked it up and put back in a different place, but the things I got are awesome and great value well worth the trip I.picked up petty coats and some leather and cotton threads ill definitely go back up for a visit

I have ordered several items over the years many of which are very difficult to source such as WW2 windproof smocks (that are windproof unlike Silverman repros) and other period military clothing all of which have been high-quality I will buy again

Warren is a man of his word! order a bayonet from him and within 2 weeks i received the item which looked as the pictures. very easy and quick to communicate, will order again for sure!!

I've been to a lot of Shoot and Scoot sales over the last few years, and have found Warren and co. to be friendly, professional, and massively helpful. I've costumed and propped many productions from the fantastic items I've bought at S&S; the quality and range is fantastic. We'll certainly be using Shoot and Scoot again. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Having had problems when bringing back through French customs my current EU deact rifles, I wanted to still be able to carry on with my overseas school work showing the uniforms & equipment of the British soldier of WW1.
The French customs also didn't like the bayonets I had, stating they are being used by criminals being easy to purchase and used in crimes.
To prevent this from happening again, I bought a rubber SMLE and bayonet so I can still continue my overseas work with school.

I placed an order with Shoot & Scoot and waited nearly a month without receiving my item or a tracking number. After multiple failed attempts to contact them, I had to file a chargeback to get a response. They finally responded, claiming they would ship my item, but shortly after, I received an email from Warren accusing me of being dishonest and refusing to ship the item. Upon further investigation, I found multiple reviews from others with similar experiences. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Shoot & Scoot based on this frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I had been waiting for the shipment over one month. Each time I called the chap said "Oh it will be shipped tomorrow". I called again and he just said "you are not happy, I will just refund". I said I am happy to wait a bit if you can send it soon for sure but before I could finish my sentence he just hung up the phone.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

No issues fantastic communication with Warren 👏 I required several weapon props along with a few other bits of equipment at short notice.
The purchase was trouble free, I will certainly use Shoot and Scoot again.

Phoned up about a VAT receipt and was told to email in. Sent an email but was ignored (3 times), so phoned back up. Told the guy again about my upcoming VAT return deadline but still didn't receive the VAT receipt. Extremely poor. Item itself was fine as a gun replica for my film, but it's not worth the price at all.

Doesn’t check or respond to emails, sends wrong item. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Poor Customer service.

Literally in the name "Shoot and Scoot" or "Fire and Forget".

Made purchase for small items are fine, got my bayonet rubber easy, albeit questionable quality. But when I tried to purchase their weapon replica had ordered since Jan 2023. Initial response by Warren was present... after that got "ghosted" and no longer have any response ever again.

Tried contacting through their Facebook Message, sent emails about the status of my order, never responded.

Been almost 2 months now... Even the "SHOP" app is not helpful. Status was set "Shipped" on January 2023... but since there is no tracking, item was never received. (It's March 2023 now)

Will never buy from them every again.
Please be warned!

Beware this VERY poor "company" non existent customer service, do not return messages and their rubber moulds are not clean at all, bits missing, inconsistent forms. Use at your own risk! There are other, more reliable prop sellers out there.
