Started my fitness journey a month ago. i had a heart attack and i needed to change my life style. i needed a watch to monitor my heart rate and my steps, however i could not afford an expensive watch from apple so i searched up cheap watches, where jaykal website popped up with a smart watch. exactly what i was looking for. the best decision was that i bought the watch and started my journey of fitness counting my steps and losing weight. a great quality watch for the price, does everything that an expensive branded watch does. no problems what so ever. great value.
