Not happy. I was sent the wrong item and did not receive a refund for the shipping. I've sent two requests and it has never been answered. I will never purchase from shop.com again.

Absolutely totally horrible. I purchased a case of salad dressing which was shipped but was damaged in transit and was returned to the sender. After dealing with their customer service I suspect the package wasn’t packed properly. I didn’t want to take my chance with them again and I requested a refund. It’s been two weeks after they received the damaged package back - no refund was issued. I submitted a case with PayPay and will make sure I never have any business with shop.com again.

Terrible customer servive Joel. Purchased 2 sets of 4 wine Italian glasses. 1 of the glasses was defective. I sent photos and simple requested a replacement. After 4 weeks was told they would offer a replacement at a discount. How ridiculous is that. I'll return the entire order and never do business with them again. Horrible experience Joel.

All purpose did great job on the old oil stained under the stove.

Sanitary bathroom cleaner is my favorite among this set because it does the cleaning job really well. Just spray and little effort of scrub and there you go. Unlike others, you need to spray, let it sit and scrub very hard. 5 stars for this cleaner, hopefully we will have the refill soon.

Stain remover, for my own experience, it does remover the soy sauce stains on my towels.

Dishwasher, my mom will be panic if I didn't get her refill.

All fresh, spray it in shoe cupboard or shoes. You'll definitely know what I mean.

Overall, penny worth for this kit if you are still thinking to buy or not.
