We are customers of textalk platform…

We are customers of textalk platform for about 2 years now, the service has really serious errors in
1. calculations of the price impacts in the import process, i.e. missing VAT in the result
2. calculations of VAT and the in the price impacts of VAT in general

Have been trying to get it sovled for months.
One particular customer service representative is just terrible, wasting our time. He informed us that the problems, at least the second onem will be solved at Multishop solution, we have tested and it was wrong.

This impedes business process, development and growth significantly.

Looking now for other options is our priority.
