Bad customer service when canceling subscriptions!
My partner ordered the magazine "Deutsch - Perfekt" and wanted to cancel her subscription by sending an email to customer support.
She did not receive an answer but kept receiving bills. She did not continue using the services. When calling to ask why she was receiving more bills they told her canceling is only possible via phone and if she wouldn't pay they would pursue legal actions.
Customer service could at the very least have told her how to cancel a subscription.
