Ordered my furniture and was delivered within the time specified, upon arrival there was a scratch on top of one cabinet and they were difficult to assemble with some screws missing. For the price paid assembly should've have been included.

Received excellent customer service and my sofa was delivered within the timescale promised ... Very happy!

Service 1st class from order to delivery. I was kept informed at all times of the anticipated delivery time from start to completion. Goods arrived, on time, perfect and much cheaper than I could buy elsewhere.

Product delivered two weeks earlier than forecast and arrived on the day and time advised which meant not hanging around all day. A small problem when trying to
fit the drawer handles was dealt with speedily and efficiently. Good on price as well.

I have used this Company on two occassions for a number of Caxton items. Both times this Company has been very helpful, professional, provide excellent service and value for money. I had a couple of issues with an item, which wasn't this Company's fault, but they dealt with the problem no questions asked and I received replacements in good time. I couldn't recommend this Company highly enough, 1st class which is a lot to be said these days.

I was a bit nervous about e-mail shopping with a company of whom I had never heard, but their customer services people were always courteous and helpful and the sofas were delivered when I asked for them and on time. It was a shame that they were manufactured in Colchester, about 20 miles away from where they were to be delivered to us, but the system obviously required them to be delivered from the factory to Swindon and then back to us - a round trip of around 200 miles; such a waste of time and fuel.

This company performed exactly as it sais on the tin! They delivered what I wanted, when I wanted it and at a competitive price. Will use them again

being old i find the bedroom furniture is easy to move around with the castors and not having to put it together is great ready assembled furniture is hard to find at a decent price the delivery boys were very nice young boys very helpful in all a good company to shop with

The furniture we ordered did finally arrive after some chasing on a couple of occasions, from the outside it looks really good but as soon as you open the drawers you realise that it is made from cheap softwood which has had a quick dip in some watered down paint but the outside finish is pleasing on the eye.
The drawers don't slide that well and make a grating noise when opened, due to the roughness of the runners, I had to sand some extra paint off so it fitted together properly.
I would not reccommend this manufacture to people as the price we payed, I did expect a lot more in terms of quality.
A star rating for the furniture would be 2 out of 5.

I phoned this company to enquire about swivel reclining chairs and the sales person could not have been more helpfull. The price was very competitive compared with our local suppliers. After the salesman gave me a price for one i then aked him because we were going to purchase four chairs would we get further discount and he quickly replied yes i will knock another £20 off the total price. The delivery was first class and the assembly was so simple. I am now the owner of first class furniture that everyone has admired when they walk into the conservatory. If you are thinking of using this web site dont hesitate as believe you me you wont be disappointed.

we purchased the vespa range in beech, and what a surprise,having had a bad experience with a well known catalogue company we did not know what to expect,should not have worried.the delivery was in the time specified and the couriers were very good and profesional taking all the wardrobes and chests to an upstairs bedroom,even though access was not easy.the furniture itself is of a very high quality,well made,and very sturdy.should have purchased from shop4furniture in the first place as their furniture will last a lifetime.we also purchased a recliner chair with accessories in the same matching upholstery,which came from sherbourne upholstery,superb chair,so comfortable i have extreme trouble getting up from it.

Managed to get a chair at same ( discounted ) price as we had in a sale 6 months ago. Worth a try if you know what you want.

The staff were very helpful. The only thing which stopped me from giving it 5 stars was that the delivery men were a bit reluctant to unpack the furniture so that I could inspect it. They did this for me but said that it was not usual, which is not what I expected. Apart from this, everthing went without a hitch.

surfed many sites on the web for this piece of furniture, checked local stores that sold the same piece, decided to go with Shop4furniture, good easy web site to navigate, clearly displayed costs and prices, delivery quicker than local stores, (I had viewed this piece locally) extremely well protected for transport, delivery guys placed it in the room I wanted and waited patiently while I checked for damage, so well protected no damage at all, would certainly recommend to anyone looking for any furniture.

We shopped around and found Shop4Furniture had what we looking for. Dealing with them was simple and they were very efficient.

Ordered a footstool, but it was delivered by the rudest delivery ever. When we complained, promised a credit against future order but still waiting. This was 2012 and just received this review!

I always found that if I had a query I could phone them. We got on first name terms and they were always positive replys. They kept us uptodate with whatever was happening and were spot-on when it came to delivery.
