They destroyed My Daniel Wellington Watch Gift

I purchased a Daniel Wellington watch as a gift for my friend and I sent it to them. Once it was shipped, the company requested the invoice. I reached out to Daniel Wellington for the invoice and forwarded it to them two days later. However, they informed me that my package had been destroyed because I hadn't sent the invoice on the same day. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they continue to claim that they cannot locate any package.

Wrongly deemed an item as unacceptable…

Wrongly deemed an item as unacceptable , opened cases with no response , they finally answered a DM on facebook ! Eventually through pushing and pushing got the delivery but didn't need to be so hard. All the reviews below are right wouldn't recommend

My order has been stuck in Florida's origin for over 1 month. I opened tons of cases. Contacted them on twitter, and Facebook. They promised to solve the issue and contact me with updates, but I've never heard back from them.

I created an order from, i paid the subscription , and delivery fees , the item marked as delivered.

nothing recived at all , support not answering very ******** bad experiance , AVOID !

i just checked trust pilot i saw 99% of pople like me !!!

Now very inefficient and offer poor service

This used to be a really efficient service but they've since passed their efficiency peak and their service is now really really poor, I'll just take a chance with regular postal service next time around and skip the disappointment with s&s

UPDATE: 20 days after they received my item from the seller, they still can't deliver it. They come up with all sorts of cock and bull story as to why they haven't been able to deliver. Please avoid these guys at all costs if you can, they don't know what they're doing.

7 days delayed now for delivery

7 days delayed now for delivery, updates are full of lies. It always shows delivery attempted and customer not available, driver never contacted me or attempted any delivery! Will not use again for sure, it seems that they lost the package and just buying time.

Not bad!

It takes a while, and it’s costly, however my item did arrive (uk from a Norwegian company that doesn’t deliver to the uk). It took about 2 weeks. It’s crucial to log into the desktop website as the app doesn’t update as quickly as the desktop. I sent 3 emails about the progress of my order and all 3 were replied to within 24hrs. The app could be better but I got the service I paid for and I would use this company again. If you need something asap or you’re on a budget it’s not for you but otherwise it works

Aramex did not return the items

I ordered some mosquito repellent producta from Amazon US to be shipped by Aramex Shop and Ship to Dubai. Due to company policies the items was in restricted list. I created a return order from Amazon, however those items never returned and supposedly destroyed. My 200 USD are gone because if Aramex.

They dont know how to operate and dont trust them.

No worries from UAE to Australia

I been very impressed with shopandship.com. I bought two mirrors from UAE and had them delivered to Perth, Australia. The Australian store was out of stock. The package only took about 48 hrs to arrive in Sydney then about 7 days to get to Perth (which isn't unusual for road freight). Delivered in perfect condition. The mirrors worked out cheaper including the freight charges than if I'd bought them in Australia. The invoice upload and payment system worked fine.

So bad. Package not received.

SO bad. They have my package and one of their depots in New Zealand and refuse to send it to me and refuse to give me the location of their office for me to collect it. They are asking for information that doesn't exist - invoices for the item for example. DO not trust this company with your items.

I have had a similar experience to many…

I have had a similar experience to many others. I have had a parcel held in South Africa for two weeks now that I can't pay to be delivered because according to my account, "Invoice Not Available". I have emailed the invoice three times to the Shop and Ship support email address given (in Australia) and had no reply. Evidently, nobody monitors the email account. I have attached the invoice multiple times within my Shop and Ship account - a function which doesn't seem to work. I have called the South African depot three times, only to be cut-off each time after holding for 20 minutes. I have also called the number provided in Australia, only for them to completely abrogate responsibility and tell me they have nothing to do with Shop and Ship overseas and have no way of contacting their South African colleagues. Finally, I have emailed the Aramex Global Customer Care email with zero response (other than automated).

Horrible, horrible customer service. Absolutely dreadful. Do not use. I'm sure I'll never see this parcel.

Aviod at All Cost

Aviod at All Cost. No way to communicate with them. Call local Contact to only be told. Wait! There is No way to Communicate with the " International Team" to clarify why they Block my shipment. The call center staff cut staff off when customers highlight the lies that other call center staff tell customers. Not worth the stress of dealing with them! All Up 1 month to get a Parcel to Sydney and still waiting for delivery.

Avoid Shop and Ship, they will loose your package

I placed an order on the Eubi website and opted for delivery through SENDLE courier service to reach the Shop and Ship company, which was then responsible for delivering the product to me. Unfortunately, Shop and Ship failed to fulfill the delivery, despite my providing them with the tracking code and screenshots. It seems highly likely that the item is lost, and their refusal to acknowledge the issue reflects their staff's unreasonableness, irresponsibility, and unreliability.

One of the worst shipping companies, no response and the customer services is horrible, they charged you more on tax and never calculate correctly, your shipment will be received in the warehouse but not registered in your account!! Guess what because they simply couldn't find it! Total SCAM

Terrible company

I ordered a Pandora charm from Italy in November, it took ages to be exported to Britain and then they charged be an extortionate administration fee which was the same price as the customs charges. I waited two weeks to pay the customs fee and the company called me twice a day along with daily email reminders and text messages which were over the top. The website tracking is also terrible, taking ages to update.I am still waiting for my package and would never use the company again.
