Great to spend on items and get cashback to your account

I recently experienced a rate that was higher than the actual payout. I then discovered that claims are not permitted more than 30 days after purchase, but that on the other hand it can take more than 30 days to update cashback status!
My initial gut reaction was to stick to established competitors like Topcashback and Quidco instead. However, read on...

It sounds like you're completely aware that status updates can take longer, yet you firmly restrict claims to 30 days after click through by disallowing the selection of earlier dates and checking click dates.

After contacting ShopBuddies directly I was informed that, because the purchase amount had tracked correctly, there was no need to involve the affiliate network. Due to the discrepancy between the advertised rate and the actual payout from the network, they kindly agreed to top up my account by the difference, which is why I have increased my rating to an extent. But it begs the question: Wouldn't the affiliate network issue an update when payout rates change? Surely there's a way to keep on top of such things, but maybe not if you're really distributing 100% of commission.

Would I recommend overall? That was my first transaction, and I haven't tried paying out my balance. So maybe, depending on the cashback rate...

I tried using them, then all of a sudden they just start asking for proof that I purchased the product. Which cashback company asks for that? Obviously either a dubious company or they are simply out of cash and making excuses or most probably both. Which ever the case I wouldn't touch them, unless you want to have to prove that the cashback is yours with every purchase, and there will probably come up with some other ridiculous task. That's if they respond, their customer services are absolutely so slow if and when they respond, and hardly know how to respond

Dont use this site its a scam. Got usual bs saying my cash back had been paid to another site. When i contacted the retailer they said it had not been paid out. This site is a fraud. Avoid!!

Thank you for your patience while we awaited response from the advertiser. They have informed us that the transaction was declined because we were "not the last referring marketing source", meaning you have clicked for cashback through another website and have received cashback for your account there, and therefore no commission is issued for ShopBuddies for this purchase.

Paid for this by anykne else especially not shop buddies which seems to have now changed its name to orange buddies. Same scam different name.

great cashback with numerous companies to use.

Poor, used them for a Sonos purchase and was then told 'Unfortunately we are not in a partnership with Sonos at this moment and unfortunately this has failed to update on our website. Because we did not receive any commission from your purchase, we are not able to pass it along to you.'

Could of used someone else but now I'm out of pocket. Thanks Shopbuddies, poor experience.

Scam site avoid like Covid 19 I did everything they asked cleared cookies etc and my cashback claim was dismissed so they are clearly pocketing the cashback Will never use again and will close account uk buyers avoid stick to other uk cashback sites reputable ones not these scammers,I went direct through to the website I would love to know which cashback site the money went too it certainly wasn’t the 2 reputable cashback sites I use ie Quidco and TopCashback avoid shopbuddies

I bought few items in Snowinn.com going via shopbuddies.es but cashback was not registered. Creating 4 tickets didn't solve the issue. Still the same reply that cashback was not registred on SnowInn website. It is boring. I did everything correctly and your website is showing that I was redirected to snowinn. Who can I contact? Your support is not helpful at all!

Terrible company, no one to speak to. you raise a ticket then hear nothing back, you send a few more tickets and get nothing back.
