We paid, didn't receive the product and the company is not answering to any e-mails. Its been 3 months and we haven't received any reply nor the product. BE WARE !

I placed an order on July 16 with this fraudulent business and never received my order. I purchased two African soap bars that they had on sale at the time. There was no mention of the items being backordered or out of stock their website says 1-3 day shipping with a 30 day money back guarantee. When I inquired on July 31st about the status of my order they responded saying orders take 2-14 days to process and can take up to 30 days to ship. Well it's been over 30 days and nothing has been shipped they haven't sent any new emails with updated info on my order and all my emails asking for a refund are being ignored. I tried writing a bad review on their website to get their attention and they never posted it so more than likely all the good reviews they have on there are fake. I disputed the charge with my bank and I'm currently waiting to see if I'll get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from this scammer they will steal your money and block/ ignore your email.
