I recently bought the pentagram ring from Dixi and im so pleased with it. It’s really lovely quality and very comfy to wear. Really cute witchy vibe and could be stacked with other small rings.
Customer service was great too, my messages were answered super quick and very friendly.

One of my favourite online jewellery shops. I've bought from them numerous times since 2018. Everything arrives on time and beautifully packaged. Occasionally with handwritten notes too. Buying from them feels like being part of an online family

The quality has stayed great over time - if anything has even improved! I don't fear my pieces breaking, and can wear them through the whole day. On the occasion I've had any issue, the team are happy to help and friendly. All this is why I keep coming back to Dixi time and time again :)

Ordered the vir fidelis ring to commemorate our 15 year wedding anniversary and was very impressed. Arrived very quickly and the ring is beautiful, a good weight, nicely made and the finish makes the details of the hands and ivy really pop. I liked that it came with a card explaining about the significance of the ring. I will definitely be ordering more from Dixi (already keeping an eye out for the Autumn range!). Highly recommend!

I am absolutely obsessed with this shop. The jewellery is stunning and perfect for anyone who loves Autumn, the darker moodier months, and witchy folk type aesthetics. It's taken me ages to find jewellery that I really love and I am always excited for their new collections. Plus they are the nicest people too, and always respond really quickly and warmly to any questions.

I literally never write Trustpilot reviews but I just really wanted to leave one for Dixi because I honestly think they’re awesome. I have so many of their pieces now and they’re always beautiful and unique and I love that they’re a small business with a small team. Customer service is always spot on, can’t fault them one bit.

Having made multiple purchases from ShopDixi I absolutely adore this brand, it’s amongst my top 3 places to shop because of their distinctive and incredibly elegant aesthetic. Not many places oxidise their silver to get such a beautiful black patina which gives a very classic, timeless somewhat antique look to the pieces. The stand out pieces in their store would be their seals; there's truly not another brand creating pieces of art like this to honour Selene alongside other lunar goddesses such as Artemis. The other brilliant thing is their waitlist, whilst it helps them keep track of what we as clientele want to see, and encourages engagement, it also allows us an insight into upcoming collections and designs so you've got ample time to prep that Christmas wishlist or know what to get a loved one for an upcoming birthday or celebration. If I could give them 1000 stars as a rating, I would. The pricing is definitely fair for what you're recieving; which is a far cry from the often generic and uninspired pieces on the high street, or the 'edgy' designs which lack real depth of meaning, charm and character. They come packaged really nicely, there's regular sales on their Instagram and as for the owners themselves, Amy & Vicroria are absolutely lovely and a pleasure to speak with.

Obsessed! I bought the pumpkin crescent cradle wax seal ring. I had never seen anything like it before and I knew I had to have it. Well it’s gorgeous, and even better in person! I can’t recommend it more!

Dixi is a small business that I just adore. If I want something autumnal to put my outfit together then I rely on Dixi to provide me with the jewellery I’m looking for. I bought their pumpkin and fern ring and oh my goodness, the detail is outstanding and even with the simplest outfit, it just adds that something extra. The designs are elegant, feminine and cottage core.
