First time ordering from this site. I’ve ordered 2 mugs and a funko pop. When my order arrived I noticed that the holders were damaged and so I send a mail to Shopforgeek. They have fixed this problem by sending new mugs. I’m very happy about their fast response. I will definitely order again from them!

Terrible service
Bad service! I order birthday gift for my daughter. I make order Sunday evening. I should have this in 24-48h .I called on Tuesday morning around 11 o’clock asking for shipping details and they say that they shipped Monday ! It was not true,because after conversation one hour later i received details for shipping. Wednesday post have strike and parcel stock all week until next Tuesday. You guys are lazy to do job on time. I will send you back this .My wife order same things from Amazon and next day lucky was on time . I’m not recommending your fast service. For sure . Have a good one .

We apologize for the longer-than-usual delivery time due to Bpost's national strike in Belgium.
As noted on our site, and in the press, the Bpost strike lasted from February 7 to 19, 2025 for the main sorting centers. Messages on the home page of our site and on your online account informed you of this problem. You placed your order on Sunday February 9, with shipment from us on the 11th. As noted on our site, shipping takes 24 hours, except on Mondays when it takes 24/48 hours. Delivery is then normally made within 24/48 working hours.
Thank you for comparing us to Amazon, the world leader in online sales, but the latter uses its own delivery company for 30% of its parcels. This new feature at Amazon is one of the reasons for the strike at Bpost following the loss of 30% of this company's parcels in Belgium, forcing Bpost to reorganize its letter carriers' rounds, a cause of tension within the company.
