Everything perfect

Everything perfect! The funko I ordered arrived fast and it was in perfect conditions and perfectly shipped! I didn't have any issue at all! I recommend!

Purchase awesome delivery charge not so..

I had no complaints with my purchase it was my first time I ordered from you all so thank you for that...the only issue I had was how much delivery was...it was the same amount as my purchase...I hope that can change so I can buy more from you....

First time ordering from this site

First time ordering from this site. I’ve ordered 2 mugs and a funko pop. When my order arrived I noticed that the holders were damaged and so I send a mail to Shopforgeek. They have fixed this problem by sending new mugs. I’m very happy about their fast response. I will definitely order again from them!

Reliable shop, fast shipping

I placed a pre-order on 6 action figures; I already received 4, and they confirmed that the remaining 2 would also benefit from free shipping to Germany (even though the total value falls under the relevant threshold for free shipping).

Unbelievable: My paid order was given to someone else. Cold, inflexible customer service.

I ordered a limited edition Funko Pop from ShopForGeek. Due to a simple mistake in the postal code (just one digit), the package was returned. The street, house number, city and country were all correct.

I immediately contacted customer service, asking for the item to be resent.
I was even willing to pay for the shipping again.
I never asked for anything for free.

Their answer? No. Absolutely not.
According to Cassandra from customer service, since the item is “out of stock,” it cannot be resent.
But then they admitted that once the parcel returns, it will be given to another waiting customer.

Let me be clear: the item I paid for will be resold to someone else.

That is absolutely insane.

They will have the product physically back in their hands — the one I paid for — and instead of giving it to me (the original buyer), they will refund me (minus a fee!) and give it to someone else.

No flexibility. No empathy. No basic logic.

Customer service, especially Cassandra, treated me like an inconvenience, not a person. I was never heard — only copy-paste policies thrown at me.

This experience was insulting. And it shows how little this company cares about its customers once the money is paid.

Never again.
And I strongly encourage others to think twice before buying from this shop.

There’s just one fact: I paid for a product, asked to receive it, and you gave it to someone else.

Yes, I made a mistake in the ZIP code. But:
• The rest of the address was correct.
• The parcel was not lost — it was traceable and returning to you.
• I never asked for anything for free.
I clearly stated multiple times: “I’m willing to pay for shipping again, please don’t refund me — just resend the item.”

You denied that request purely based on company policy, and handed my product over to another customer.
That’s what’s truly absurd — not my one-digit error.

Customer support (especially Cassandra) was cold, rigid, and repeated the same automated message without ever actually responding to my request.

No, I did not ask for postal systems to be changed.
I simply asked to receive what I paid for, especially since it was coming back to you — and you refused.

To me, this was handled with zero flexibility, zero empathy, and zero care for the customer experience.
Anyone reading this can see that clearly now.

We would like to come back to your review published on Trustpilot in order to put the facts into context, as some of the elements mentioned seem to be the result of a misinterpretation on your part, and this despite the exchanges already provided by our customer service (7 explanatory e-mails to date).

Your order was placed on May 8, 2025 at 2:18pm and shipped the same day at 4:40pm to Italy.

On May 15, the parcel was returned by the Italian Post Office, due to a zip code error in the delivery address you entered yourself, as you acknowledged in your messages.

We have explained to you on several occasions that this type of error has a direct impact on delivery: an incorrect zip code redirects the parcel to an inappropriate region or sorting center. In this case, the postal services - whatever the nationality - systematically return the parcel to the sender.

Our customer service team has remained available, responsive and courteous throughout our dealings, detailing the carriers' standard procedures. These procedures cannot be modified to suit individual customer preferences, even in the event of a customer input error.

You have expressed the wish that our team should correct this type of error automatically, for every possible customer error, or that the postal services should adapt their delivery to customer errors. Unfortunately, this is neither technically nor legally possible. It is the responsibility of each customer to provide a complete and correct address when ordering, in order to guarantee correct delivery.

As indicated on our website, in the event of an incorrect address or failure to collect a parcel, it will be returned to the sender. Once the parcel has been received by our head office, we will proceed to reimburse the order, after deduction of the return handling fee of €3.99, as specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions apply equally to all our customers and are not options that each customer may or may not select.

We would like to emphasize that it is never our intention to unreasonably withhold your payment. Cancellation of an order due to an address error cancels the sale: no profit is generated for our company. We even assume part of the costs incurred by this return.

The product you ordered was in high demand. In line with our policy, a cancelled order immediately releases stock for the benefit of the next customer in line. This is to avoid unjustified stock-outs, particularly in stores.

Finally, at no time has our customer service team ever used discourteous or inappropriate language against you. Our answers have always been formulated with respect and according to the rules imposed by our logistics partners.

We invite you to be vigilant when placing your next order, by carefully checking your delivery details, whatever the e-commerce site concerned.
