HRH is disposable jewelry

I actually like Alex and her style. Have been watching her videos for years and still enjoy her unfiltered rants. However, sadly I have to agree with the others regarding the cheap quality of her jewelry line. I’ve purchased 3 HRH necklaces. One quickly broke and the other two tarnished within a couple years. Like disposable jewelry. It’s a shame because they were all quite pretty, for the little time they lasted.

Trash products of Ali baba quality (and…

Trash products of Ali baba quality (and likely bought off there and resold for astronomically higher prices). Plus she’s a racist bigot with disturbing views and does not deserve anyone’s hard earned money. If anything she should be sued for hate speech and spreading hate.

I ordered a long time ago now around 2 years but I just wanted to leave an honest review. The jewelry is absolute garbage I spent £400 and I can say it all went in the bin the first year. From tarnishing and looking cheaper than my primark jewelry. When I politely emailed I got a rude response. Please don’t waste your money.

Seriously Dangerous !!!

Ive been wearing her necklace for a day and I got a horrible rash and allergy-like reaction on my skin. This can’t be good for your health. It feels like plastic too. Avoid for your own good.

Pretty but not great quality

I’ve bought 3 items from HRH as I like Alex’s vibe and her jewellery style. The first 2 necklaces were mostly a positive experience. Although a stone fell out of one of them within a short time of having it and barely wearing it. No issues with the 2nd necklace.
The 3rd however just arrived and it’s not great. The chain is a horrible gold colour, doesn’t seem good quality and doesn’t match the pendant colour.. luckily the pendant is pretty so all is not lost.
I’ve found customer service helpful and responds quite quickly, but fixing the necklace would just be too expensive. It’s sad really as her line could be really good if it was better quality it seems.

Sublime Pearl cross necklace 🦋 Rats posted BS reviews 🐀🖕🏿

Amazing quality of necklace chains and rare charms 🤍 Received necklaces match description and pics. Easy to adjust and has great shine under sunlight 🥰 Super fast delivery and helpful email support.

Hateful reviews below are straight up slanderous lies fabricated by “Rats” who stalk, doxx personal information and send death threats to the jewelry designer out of envious online obsession 🐀🪳🪰

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. CHEAP, terrible quality. I was scammed. Owner is a white supremacist as well I found out after I ordered. She has plenty of terrible thoughts on the internet for all to see and enjoy. Terrible business

False advertisement - Tennis necklace is NOT solid silver

I purchased a tennis necklace somewhere between the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023 for my wife, primarily because it was advertised as solid sterling silver. However, after less than two years of minimal wear, the necklace has tarnished and is turning copper. Silver does not tarnish in this way, which clearly indicates false advertising.

The price was extremely high for what is essentially costume jewelry, and the quality is mediocre. For the same result, you might as well purchase a $20 necklace from Amazon—it’s the same thing!!!! This appears to be nothing more than cheap dropshipping.

When I contacted their customer service, they completely stopped responding once I brought up the issue of the necklace not being real silver. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Received a necklace from this company as a gift and it is garbage, researched the company further and it is owned by someone who is awful and believes that "if you are fat you should sit it out". She is trash and so is her product.

HRH Collection is scamming buyers using materials from Etsy / Ali Baba for a few dollars and passing the pieces off as genuine / luxe

100% scam

100% scam. She's buying alibaba/Etsy/multiple sources jewelry and reselling it. You can legitimately get the identical jewelry pieces she's selling for $50-$100+ for less then $5‐$20 on other sites. Just do do a reverse image search on closeups of the pieces and you'll find their source.

Do not buy from this seller

Do not buy from this seller. The "gold" price tag on the jewellery is a scam, skin turns green and it tarnished so fast. It's a Gold price for copper jewellery. In comparison, a gold piece of jewellery I ordered from an Etsy seller for similar prices which I've had a similar length of time is genuine gold plate - no tarnishing or green skin.

Husband bought jewellery from here for me and I wish he'd seen these reviews before purchasing. We've since been on TikTok and found a page (well, multiple accounts actually) that exposes her "handmade jewellery", that is actually cheap pieces bought from elsewhere and she upmarks. One piece was roughly £5 from elsewhere and this company charges £100+.

I'm honestly flabbergasted they're still up and selling when it's a blatant scam.

This has been exposed multiple times with all of their pieces. Don’t spend your hard earned dollars buying junk pieces of metal.

AVOID

AVOID! Scammer!!
This girl has no idea how to run a company. I ordered on Black Friday, my package apparently was shipped out on 2/12. It’s now 13/1 and I still have not had my order. Contacted hrh who are useless. They would not contact shipping company, kept on saying that I should wait even though my order hasn’t moved in tracking since 2/12. Would not refund me either. Anyone with a brain would consider a parcel which hasn’t moved in 8 weeks lost! Absolutely no help or customer service whatsoever. Luckily I paid with PayPal so opened a case and got my money back. Total scam.
