Dishonest company!

Dishonest company!! Would give 0 stars if I could. They've changed their website after I complained, but when I bought the tap filter the ad stated they ship from Australia, but the filter shipped from China and was delayed. After paying with PayPal, they set up an automatic subscription for replacement filters without my knowledge, thankfully I found out and cancelled it before they charged me again. The filtered water tasted and smelled so bad that four different people couldn't drink it, even after putting heaps of water thru it. I only bought from them because their refund policy stated "If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return your filter within 90 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked" (see attached screenshot). I emailed them multiple times to start the return with no response. It was only when I lodged a PayPal claim they responded and stated that 'taste and smell are subjective', so they wouldn't refund me! It is against Australian Consumer Law to offer a 'no questions asked' refund policy and deny a return and refund. I've lodge an official complaint with Consumer Protection WA. Of course I will never use this company again and have told all my family and friends to do the same

Hi Jason,

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and would like to clarify a few points for transparency.

Your concern was related to the taste and smell of the water. As previously advised, this can vary depending on individual sensitivity and local water supply and does not indicate a fault with the product. Your case was independently reviewed and resolved through PayPal.

We do not operate any automatic or “stealth” subscription services — any repeat purchase option must be actively selected by the customer at checkout.

Regarding shipping, we provide estimated delivery timeframes at checkout and your order was delivered within those timeframes.

We also offered a return pathway in line with our policy and remain willing to assist you should you wish to proceed with a return.

If you would like to continue working toward a resolution, please contact us directly.
