Avoid this company. I ordered a face wand for £50, during the first 5minutes of use it started smoking and stopped working. I have emailed the company 12 times since then and they are refusing to give me the details to return it.

Luvia brand is a scam! they did not refund me my money back i am addressing my request from nov 6 2025 to return for refund request. I want to return this product and get refunded but they started to offered me partial refunds and try to drag the conversation and now they said they can not issue the return label because of there change of mind !! like even I had to pay for the return processing which was $4.75 and I know that and I am ok to pay for the return processing but they still did not refunded me and steal my money
