Ordered a bracelet and it has not yet arrived 3 weeks later. I have tried to call, email and contact via Facebook messenger but no replies or answer on the telephone number. Shocking customer service.

I bought a bracelet for my 5 month old daughter as she’s teething really bad and got told these work wonders, I ordered and it’s says between 7-10 days due to COVID which is understandable. Mine took 23 days which by then I’d contacted them by email/Facebook chat and no reply. I received my bracelet after 23 days to only open and find it’s broken!! I’ve emailed them again and wrote on the Facebook pages and nothing. Yet they can delete my comments but can’t reply. I’m so disappointed as my daughters in complete agony and now stuck with a broken bracelet which costs £17:99 I’m a single mother and haven’t got money to waste! I will never ever recommend this sight or buy from this company ever again!!!

Scammers avoid at all costs these people will gladly take you're money but you don't recieve product,,, I ordered of them in Oct 28th and nothing has ever arrived no shipping or tracking info,, I've emailed company alot and recieve no response I've messaged via fb and also on their page and they delete the comments if negative,,, Im appalled at the Fact that these people take advantage of vulnerable mummies trying to help their babies with teething or watever the case may be,,, they should be ashamed but yet again people like this no no shame at all,,, so please to anyone considering purchasing from marambra please don't get conned like I did x
